cute but they should've slicked down her natural eyebrows with a glue stick and covered them with foundation before drawing on the eyebrow- like Drag Queens do.
What a heartbreaking blend of Jane Horrocks / Natasha Richardson, the newer iterations of Cabaret we've seen in the last few years, and Rhea's own incomparable talent. Simply gorg!!!
Rhea was amazing and i’m sure Katherine will be amazing too. The chosen cast has always been made up of wonderful actors and I don’t doubt it’ll be just as great this time. Congrats Katherine !!! You look gorgeous
waiitttt ok waiiittttt don't get me wrong i love her i. heartstopper but.... guys is she not yelling those belts?! is the vocal technique in the room w us 😭 to what are these comments referring
I don't know how much you know about this production or Cabaret in general, but this role does not call for a perfect vocal lol?.... Even Jessie Buckley under-sings on the cast recording and she has immaculate technique, it's been the norm for anyone playing Sally since the 90s revival
everyone is calling her forgettable in euphoria, but thats why I liked her in the first place. Calling her a nepo too, I dont even know who her parents are and didnt know she was a "nepo". I lover her performances, its crazy how different people think.
Judd Apatow and Leslie Mann. They have 2 girls, Maude and Iris. If you’ve seen Knocked Up, or This is 40, you’ll likely remember them….they played the onscreen daughters of their actual mom, Leslie Mann, in both movies. Both movies are also written & directed by Judd Apatow, their dad. Although, in their defense, This is 40 is sort of a continuation of Knocked up, which came out first. They played the same characters, the story just focused mainly on their family in 40, where KU revolves around their aunt who lives in their guest house. I mean….they’re beautiful girls, they grew up in Hollywood with 2 super famous parents (though different kinds of fame) they’ve been onscreen their whole lives. Is it nepotism? I mean….sure, playing their actual mom’s kids in 2 films that were written & directed by their dad is inarguably nepotism. But she’s 26 years old now, as far as I know her mother has never done any stage work, and her dad certainly didn’t write, nor direct Cabaret. She probably does get more attention & more roles bc of who her parents are, but at some point she deserves to be respected for the body of work she built herself. Is it at nepotism now? I don’t know, I just don’t know what else everyone expected her to do! This is all she’s ever known, she wasn’t going to be an insurance adjuster, or a court reporter.
