That table looks like a pain in the ass. My boss has the old school heavy ones. Plastic all the way across the table. No big gaps for the siding to get stuck on when you put pieces in. Do you like this one?
Versetta stone is what I would like to put on 1950 home but not sure how that would work my cynder block foundation is about two feet above the ground and the wood framing transition not sure if I would put wood over the concrete with tapcon concrete screws?
I'm wondering if I can just glue it on my outdoor fireplace instead of using screws (which would be a headache to dill all those holes in the concrete block) I'd use Loctite so it would hold no problem. I'd just have to cut off the nail flange on top.
Dipping that stone in a bucket of water first will reduce the dust. This dust not only affects the lungs of the installers but also the people who work around them. Construction workers are at an increased risk of developing silicosis, a long-term lung disease caused by inhaling crystalline silica (RCS) dust. RCS is found in mortar, concrete, and other materials, and exposure to high concentrations can cause permanent lung scarring, or pulmonary fibrosis.
I have to install 3 of these on an upcoming job. What PVC cement do you recommend? I'd like to use cement that comes in a bottle like you use in the video. Cements that come in a can and use a dauber applicator make a mess. Thanks
Hi @katoom-ju6vo ! This video shows you how to use adhesive on PVC trim: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-6idw4WKom5U.html. We recommend using this: kleerlumber.com/product/adhesives/. Let us know if you have any more questions, we would be happy to assist!

Hi Mark! Select "Solid CoRe Installation Manual" on Page 22 you will see how to replace damaged panels: www.royalbuildingproducts.com/for-professionals?query%5B0%5D=asset_type%3A331 . We also recommend getting this tool to accomplish that amzn.to/3Usbm0W Thanks!
Hi Jess, Versetta Stone is 1-3/4” thick fiber-reinforced concrete and can withstand normal wear and tear in interior and exterior installations. We do have a ¼” built-in rainscreen behind the panel so severe impacts could crack the stone, but unlike traditional installations, the stone would most certainly stay in place. We have extensive experience with successful projects in both residential and commercial applications. Hope this helps!
Hi, Versetta Stone mortarless stone veneer panels are designed for application over wood framing, spaced 16" on center and covered by a code approved, nailable sheathing product. Please refer to our installation guide for more information: versettastone.com/installation/
