I would try this but I get scared ill not be able to wake up and panic which happens to me often when I'm lucid dreaming and sleep paralysis scares me too because its always creepy stuff I see or im pulled up to the corner of the room looking down on myself hearing something demonic feeling crushed
I'm wondering why your Doctor prescribed Prosac. Prosac is a very old antidepressant that has a lot of side effects. I think it first came out in the 1980s. There are much better antidepressants available nowadays which have less negative side effects. You might try switching to something like generic Cymbalta, for example.

I find planning what I want to do ahead of time helps me AP. Decide where you want to go, astral park, beach, just a higher vibration, meet higher self. this works for me, other wise I bumble around like a fool :)

I do really like the rest of the album (I mean other than the previously released songs), but I think I'll probably be listening to fewer of the songs from it regularly than usual. Kintsugi and Fingertips are good, but just too painful to listen to for me right now. 'Grandfather please stand on the shoulders of my father while he's deep-sea fishing' is really nice.
The first interlude is important especially since it deals with themes coming right after A&W. Clip is from a sermon by Judah Smith. This is Lana’s way of saying that she is making music for her and not necessarily for us (the last line is a metaphor for this). This whole album is evident of this. Also, Judah Smith is known for making homophobic comments. Her laugher and side comments in the background seem to hint at her not buying the pastor’s message. The audio bit is clipped in a way that paints Smith as a charlatan because it ends with him saying “ive discovered my preaching is mostly about me.”
