Im still struggling, can someone please give me advice. I find my university, it says H+ and I find the degree too, but at the bottom below equivalencty it says awarding institution and its not mine, there's no other options this is the only degree with that name and I cannot find my university at awarding institution.

@HalloGermany Since March 1, 2024, holders of the EU Blue Card can obtain a permanent residence permit or “Niederlassungserlaubnis” after 27 months of residence in Germany. If you can prove that you have the language level B1, the period will be even shorter, i.e. 21 months. I am blue card holder since 1st October 2022 I would also be eligible to get PR after 27 months ?? Please confirm .

I live here in Dubai UAE and I got the pre approval already and It’s says on the email that the preliminary approval will now be forwarded internally to the German diplomatic mission abroad ( Dubai Germany embassy) . Question is, do I still need to submit more documents to the German embassy here in Dubai or do I just submit my passport and wait for the result? Thank you
6 months passed after my ZAB application. I'm still waiting. It was supposed to be maximum 3 months as per their official mail. When I asked them about the situation of my application, they replied saying that they were too busy due to the high demand. For those who are intersted in this application, please keep this in mind and make your plans accordingly.

crazy and unfair!! If it is a law,it should be for all of us. EU Blue Card holders already working in Germany should also get the opportunity of bringing their parents if they can afford.

I obtained a bachelor's degree from a Recognized university showing an H+ and a master's of level 1 from an Italian academy that is also H+. but my degree type is not listed in either country. does it mean my degrees are recognized in Germany or not?
