I am really impressed by the conversion job that your father did. It's always great to see other people's horse trucks. It gives me ideas for my future horse truck.
Martha is such a beauty and looks slightly similar to my mare actually! You are the best eventer that I have seen on social media❤You're absolutely amazing!!
Loved Buck, beautiful jumper. Martha was also wonderful but she looked as she jumps with a hollow back, so she gets huge height but doesn’t round her back over the jump. Does she always jump like that? Great fun for the future.
Thankyou! Yes she doesn't always have the best technique so jumps like a stag and uses her scope to get her out of it. We've been working on it a lot though and it has been improving, I think she was a bit nervy being inside so reverted back to old habits. But as long as she's happy and not putting herself at risk by doing so, at this stage I'd rather let her have a good experience than focus on trying to get a nicer shape, especially for the first one out x
Loved this Abi 🙌🏻 Inspo to write my 2024 goals down and not have them just zipping around in my brain 🤪 Similar events planned - Nunney too 🤞🏻Let’s hope we all have a safe and successful season with happy ponies - you and Martha are fantastic to watch 🔥 xx (Your tack room is a work of art…I can only dream that one day I can be this organised with mine 😆)
Fingers crossed for your 2024 eventing season. I also touched wood. Edited to add that I probably won't be competing this season. My goal is to do some clinics.
Oooo are you not selling buck anymore?! ❤ Martha is GORJ! Well done on coming first!! How amazing 🎉 Definitely got a bright future ahead of you both. 💕
@@nopeynopeynope I'll be sixty years old next year and plan to compete my current horse. It'll be the first time I have ever competed with a horse. Life intervened but I never gave up.
I understand why your selling him but it’s still sad. I was still confused tho because I thought you guys were selling buck. But good job you guys did really good.
That chestnut has amazing courage to jump that high alone, I think with a rider he could accomplish SO MUCH <3 I've always loved chestnuts, might be bias lol
