I am eyeing the NC750x DCT, but the only downside for me is that it can't go even moderate off-road. So a NX500 with DCT would be a no-brainer for me!

I would also choose the NC 750 x. I have not ridden a DCT bike yet. My main reasons are fuel economy, low center of gravity and sufficient versatility to ride on gravel roads and possibly more challenging terrain.

I hope they will show something new in 2025

I agree with most of your upgrades, but not with your math. Adding up all upgrades to the bike with the prices you list results in 10264.

I got the Nc750 2024 bigger windshield is a must. Much vibration and wind takes you left and right.

Why no mention of the S version?

Nah man. Better idea: swop the NC750 for a VFR1200x. You won’t regret

For tall people, the nc750x is the minimum. If I ws 1,70/1,80m, i would have bought the hornet. But i look like a giant on that bike 😂

What if a new model dropped of the NC with updated dash, option for cruise control and self canceling indicators? That is the prefect motorcycle.

I've my 2010 F800gs. 16L gas tank, 196kg with all fluids, and reasonable fuel economy. The only bike I would swap it for is the NC 750X. Front storage and terrific fuel economy sells it for me. It is no longer sold in Australia by Honda since 2018. Why!

Maybe also mention that no one really needs more than 40 to 60 HP. We have all decided to want WAY too much engine and much too much of a bike. A bike should be less than $10,000, and as good for a commute as for 500 mile over the horizon. NC750X does it. None *needs* more than that.

The NC was originally a "dual purpose" bike but has since changed. It is a ROAD bike ! Your upgrades PAH ! Just buy a differnt bike ! Ahole .

Nice Video ! I enjoyed the solitude of the ride, hearing only the sound of the bike, gravel road, and wind in the background. The countryside reminds me of rural California mountain roads. I also have a 2020 nc750x, although with the standard transmission, and have also added a few of the upgrades you mentioned in previous videos; the one on Rox Riser installation was most helpful. Just used this guide (and the manual) to install my crash guards on my 2015 NC700X. It was a great reference.

Sold ls 2 after 2 rides. Water deops in the rain just going inn the helmet. Ls is a junk.

Please, nerver adjust a chain on the center stand. Always on the side stand, if possible you, or a person sitting on the bike ( no side stand).

2018 I rode my NC Britain to Russia and back via Finland . No panniers or top case just a Lomo roll bag on the rear carrier . I have a shad seat and handguards other than that pretty standard . Bike performed well !
