I died in the marine's past about 3 times, defeated the dragun paused the game, opened you tutorial, got back to it and beated it, thanks a lot bro, it really helped !
Thanks for the guide from 2024! This is super helpful, especially for someone like me who hates trying to learn a late run boss in any rogue like. Makes my life a lot less stressful 😅
Yeah the guide is great. Marine's past is probably 2nd hardest after Bullet because the carbine is easily the worst gun in the pasts, the horror and adds are beefy and the tracking on snakes is very dangerous.
Thanks dude. All the past boss videos are short and concise and helpful. They helped me anyway. BTW just curious why you didn't use the robots water item?
I could only beat him with skull chest items like blank bullets or the super hot watch (which honestly broke the game... which is awesome tbh) but this guide did help alot
It was my first time entering The Pilot's past and I panicked so much. I was able to whittle their health down to about 1/3rd until I died. Back to the Breach again...
I have used every single one of your past guides (except Convict's cause that one was easy for me) so I can secure getting character's alt weapons, so ty
Really good guide man! I fought the lich for the first time and made it to the final phase. Unfortunately i died before i was able to kill him but made it very close thanks to you!
It’s possible that the card Survivor could be a reference to the show Survivor. There’s a red band around the wrist and contestants on that show always have different colored bands to display what team they are on.
I disagree with your method for the first spread attack. Most of your focus during these phases should be constant DPS so you won't be trapped in the boss fight dodging for too long. You can't shoot him in the middle of the room from the edge on the wall. There is a way to dodge the wave without breaking your attack cycle, running towards and wall rolling. Yes you get hit when dodging straight into the wave. But if you dodge DIAGNALLY you land perfectly in the middle and you can shoot and do the next dodge. It's WAY more consistent than you think
Many years later, this has helped me beat this boss on the first time after many attempts, its a lot easier when you actually look at the attacks in a video instead of in a hectic bullet hell, thank you!
