Back with another Gungeon tier list!

A few quick notes about the tier list: These rankings are purely how good I think the items for the average player wanting to win a run. The tiers also do not reflect how fun each item is, just how much they improve the strength of your run. This list is subject to change, so feel free to post thoughts on where each item should go - I'm always happy to discuss the placements and am willing to move items around if I think they weren't put in the right tier before. I'd contest big boy's placement, I consider it more as a low S-tier as it's recharge time is surprisingly fast which makes it very useful against bosses. The poison is still an issue though. otherwise great list.

I disagree about the passives being better than guns, it's true that there can only be one gun used at once, and they can't cooperate, however if you don't have 3-4 ammo using, good guns, you aren't likely to win the gungeon. There shall be an op ammo-wasting gun for bosses, two guns for clearing, and a spare gun. If you rely on starting weapon and one other gun, you need a ton of passives to repay that, or S tier passives, which are very rare. If you have your guns set up, I agree about passives over guns.

I agree with the guns if you get a good enough one you may not even need any passive items to win or at least get far where as passives aren't reliable enough to make it later floors with bad or starter guns

If the player obtains both alpha and omega bullets (I know there is a synergy for that), would that increase damage of single-shot guns lile the particulator even more? You touched on that with the Alpha bullets, but what about the omega, and do they stack owo. Thanks man, love your comprehensive presentations!

Yeah, they do stack and it makes for some crazy damage. I think it's only additive but I could be mistaken? The wiki says you also get a synergy for having both that makes your reload times 33% faster. Thanks for the support on the vid

Because you have to break a Lot of junk so u aren’t gonna open a lot of chests

I found rolling eye to be a decent niche item, if you dodge badly, the bullets you roll through will be deleted if you rolling into it first

ngl amulet of pit lord has saved a run of mine in bullet hell, shotgrub got me cornered and i jumped in, and lich phase 3

no, it can be smart to get the luck right away or so that you can keep your current active item. the better you are at the game the less important hp items are

Ive mostly only seen the high teir active and passive items. Is that just my luck or the RNG is always in your favor?

i've almost 100 hours in the game so far and i'm only barely starting to recognize items havent seen alot of them. there's still a few items i haven't seen. how do poeple do rainbow runs?
