Uh oh if you bought this for salt water you probably bought the wrong unit. Just ordered the 7" tripleshot. Why would it be the wrong u it for salt water?
4 years later, any Garmin people out there? Looking to upgrade trolling motor and graphs. Leaning more and more to Garmin. You guys happy with their products?
GET A NEW HARMONIC BALANCER QUICKLY!!!!! I'm diagnosing my friends 2004 GTP super charged , she sold the car then the guy came right back after hammering the throttle. It came back with a thrown bearing due to old balancer slipping, now I gotta see if it's savable. Thank you for preliminary video..🐾🐾🐾🐾🤔😎
Ill have to watch this video when i get back, heading to the lake for a bit. Just got he eagle 9 which i guess is the new version of the hook 9. Having trouble gettinf reading like the store demo
Thank you. I got my oil changed today and my car stopped a few blocks away when I slowed down. I was able to restart and it got me home. The car shop was closing when I left so I couldn’t go back. They had checked the air filter but didn’t reattach the hose causing the engine to go out. I reattached it and it is working great again. Thank you for the detailed steps.
From what I’ve saw on another comparison video I watched the biggest difference is the clarity far forward facing transducer 90-120 feet out, if you’re only using it for shorter distances 60 feet away or less they’re isn’t as much of a difference. AT2 does have better overall clarity of underwater structure and better definition of the sea bottom. But the original AT still has its own strengths. I’m looking at getting either AT1 or AT2, I don’t typically cast far distance so might be inclined to but AT1 for the lower price, but it would be nice to know if I should move towards where fish are at as AT2 will have better clarity further away than what’s visible with AT1.
Great vid! So if I buy a new HDS Pro 12 why do I need the S3100? I am going to use the HDS Pro with the AIHD and a TM265HL transducer. Is the only advantage the FishReveal on Sidescan? If I want to connect the trolling motor to the HDS that also should be possible directly on the Pro right?
I have had all Humminbirds on my past boats and this is my first Lowrance. Very informative videos with straight forward info. Thanks for the effort of putting the video together.
I’m thinking about buying the Active Target 2 but I’m not sure how this will work with my Pelican Bass Boat NXT, and what all is needed to make it work! Any help or ideals will be greatly appreciated!
I bought a boat with the Elite 7ti however cant find an option in the menu for downscan which is unfortunate as I thought the unit had sonar, downscan, and sidescan (which is shows). Am I perhaps using an old version or does the total scan transducer not have dedicated downscan? Thanks!
