Normally blood pressure is slightly higher on the right side and probably represents central aortic pressure better than on left side as right brachiocephalic artery is in line with ascending aorta.
Angina is chest pain due to temporary decrease in blood supply or increased demand from heart muscle as during exertion. Myocardial infarction is actual damage to a part of heart muscle due to loss of blood supply. Damage may not be complete in the whole region supplied by a blood vessel because there may be collateral blood supply from other blood vessels.
