None of the locals float/fish any of these waters in the summer time because of the floaters. They trash the streams not to mention the drugs and booze problems they bring along with them. It’s really bad

We did it in a convertible. Insane scenery. Road was close 3\4 way through. Had to go back.

This place is beautiful, but very stinky because of the ocean smell, its under staff . Lack of communications with management.

Love this resort. We are fortunate to get to go with my husbands company every year, for free😬😬😬I have never felt so pampered and relaxed. I feel truly blessed to be able to experience the JW Marriott on Marco. It really feels like paradise and a world away from real life❤

Total Tourist Roll. When we went there to witness the sunrise (on acid) in 1967 we were the only people on the entire mountain all day. Zero traffic, no rangers, no pictures, 100% cosmic. Sorry you missed the true magic era.

In terms of the parking if it’s full at the top, the park rangers will let you park at the road leading to the observatory below the summit. The walk up from there isn’t as bad.
