Welcome to my kitchen. I practically live in mine and love it most of the time. What my channel is about is feeding a family with one meal even when a single person has health needs. My husband is diabetic so over the years I have come up with meals that do not spike his blood sugar. I know boring for everyone but since I have to eat the same meal I try to fix things we both like. I modify recipes to suit our needs and if they help someone watching then I think the channel is a good idea. You will not find any dishes that use citrus as I am allergic to it so I have learned what I can substitute for it. So drop by have a laugh at our antics, it really is how we live and learn. Hope you enjoy the visit to my kitchen and life. Stop by for a chat.

It is rare that I get recommendation of website like yours usually get the younger pop-RU-vidrs 😂 so I am happy to be acquainted with a RU-vidr of your generation. Just found your video today while searching for foods to cook in my old MirroMatic pressure cooker. The chicken looks very good! I think my Mom would be proud to know her cooker will still get some use...❤

You can carry that Travel Scoot unfolded! Just, lower the front handle and take out the back rest, that SUV of yours has sufficient space. So you not fold and unfold. The best scooter!
I think the mister should mind his own business and let Lynda alone to do her own business, which is to be an excellent cook, and to make wonderful meals for the family!
