Folks, 1. the "Abortion" issue is but ONE PART OF THE SEX & REPRODUCTIVE ISSUE. We MUST address it holistically, as one. In today's world 🌍, both players have many options at birth control before and right after sex - regardless if it was planned or not. If we educate our youth about this (as mandatory education, linked to Gov funding), and make contraceptives readily available & affordable, and make it the Behavioral Norm (via Media & Influencers), then the pressure is reduced on needing an abortion. Add to that the Morning After or Abortion Pill (in the first few weeks after conception), then Pro-Abortionists have no valid intellectual or moral case for abortions after 8 weeks of pregnancy. Nor should Society feel/be obligated to indulge the small % of extremists on the issue. 2. Before engaging anyone in a debate that has strong emotional ties, it's an absolute Prerequisite that we ask "If you were shown enough objective evidence that counters or voids your position, would you be willing to follow the facts and change your mind, or are you so invested emotionally, socially and maybe even financially, that you cannot change your position, no matter what?" Fact is, if they are too Invested (at a Primal level), no amount of abstract or cognitive knowledge will sway them, and you're wasting your time. All you can do, is to minimize their influence of high emotion & ignorance from affecting others, and let it fade slowly in society.
This doesn't win the debate. It brings a logical perspective to their emotional stance, and emotionally motivated people almost never consider logical conclusions. You have to find a way to make them FEEL different about it first
This is crazy just because the kid says I'm a girl. He's in a state of confusion and especially when they're really young. You cannot inject this chemicals into their bodies. Just because they think they're a girl but they're a boy. You need to get to the point when they're old enough. To make a decision not before, because they're adolescent and they can't know right from wrong until they get to that age. Would they actually understand and even then? A boy's a boy and a girl's girl. It's just crazy
"Transgenderism" has nothing to do with a soul. The transgender movement simply is the fact that many people, despite being born male or female, claim to be female or male respectively. There is another possibility that I will go over later, but let's first break down basically how the movement started. I will use "gender" and "sex" interchangeably if I'm referring to a time when people used those terms interchangeably, and I will use them distinctly in other contexts. Originally it was thought that these people were delusional, because clearly their body was male or female, not the gender that transgender people claimed they were. Scientists believed that gender dysphoria (distress from your body not fitting your gender) was similar to body dysmorphia (distress from having an image of your body that is not accurate to reality), and thought both were cases of delusional thinking causing a person to be compelled to fix their body in some way, but if these people were allowed to give in, they would end up only hurting themselves and massively lowering their quality of life. I.e. a person with anorexia may have anorexia due to having an incorrect body image, but we can't just let that person follow their compulsions because they'll die if we do, and doctors thought the same thing was true about being transgender, where transgender people would have no limit to the surgeries and procedures that they would get which would be a major decrease in quality of life. As it turns out, doctors were wrong about transgender people. It is now known that gender dysphoria is a direct result of a person being percieved as and percieving their body as not matching their gender. Once a transgender person adopts preferred pronouns and a new name, starts hormone therapy, and gets 1 or 2 surgeries, their gender dysphoria almost completely stops. I.e. after those things are done, their mental health and quality of life massively improves, and in most cases, basically just talk therapy is necessary afterwards. This is not at all what happens when a person with body dysmorphia is allowed to "give in". *In some rare cases, there is a body dysmorphia component, where a person gets surgery after surgery and they never feel better about their body, and so those people benefit from therapy about their body dysmorphia, but that is in no way the norm, and the therapy is certainly not focussed on convincing them that they are delusional about their gender.* Additionally, it is now known why people are transgender. There are hormone issues that occur in the womb that force a person's brain to form as one gender and their body as another. And, scientists think they have detemined the part of the brain that determines gender. This part was well-known to be the BEST predictor of sex in the brain with about 99% accuracy, but it didn't match around 1%. Funny enough, when this part was looked at in transgender people, scientists found that with 100% of the subjects, this part agreed with their gender, which means that with 0% if the subjects, this part of the brain matched their sex. Transgender people are about 1% of the population. From this, scientists concluded that this part predicted gender, not sex. The theory of gender started out with the belief that gender was purely social, but this has been shown multiple times to not be true. Modern gender theory explains that "Gender" is made up with 3 components: 1. A transcendant sense of gender. This is basically the strong feeling that makes you say "I am a ___", and is independent of your body but matches the body for most people. Note that it is also not very strong in some people. 2. The physical component. This is the feeling that says to some people "My body does not match my gender", and varies in strength. 3. The social sense of gender. Basically how masculine and/or feminine you find yourself to be. All 3 of these components have 2 dimensions that one could think of as sliding scales. One describing a person's position on the component, and another describing how strongly a person feels about that position. This means that we have a 6-dimensional sliding scale, and since it is a sliding scale there must be infinite possibilities, or in other words, there are infinite genders. When someone says "there are infinite genders", the 6-dimensional sliding scale that describes gender is all they are referring to. A nonbinary person is easy to describe under this framework. A nonbinary person is a person who does not fit the description of cisgender male/female and doesn't fit the description of transgender male/female. Anyone who doesn't fit into those 4 categories is nonbinary, which means there are much more possible genders that fit under "nonbinary" than those that fit under cis or trans. That doesn't say anything about how many people are in each category, because we already know that most people are cisgender, but it's still worth pointing out.
Fads fade away. In the 80s it was parachute pants and big hair. Eventually you threw away the pants and got a haircut and moved on. Now, the fad is trying to divert the natural course of your endocrine system, or having your perfectly healthy penis or breasts removed. Where does that leave you when that fad fades away?

I agree with the Dr. if you’re born a man, you will always be a man. It don’t matter if you’ve had 300 surgeries to change your gender. Just like if you’re born a woman, you can remove your top parts, but can you remove your bottom parts forever? If a straight man sleeps with a transgender woman(born a man), does that make him gay? Idk, but it might make him feel weird afterwards.
