Please do not use Domestika. I purchased a single course on Domestika, and without my consent, they automatically included a Domestika Plus subscription. I was charged again later without any notification. To make matters worse, I can't even use the service in my country because the website doesn't work here. I feel completely scammed. Avoid this platform at all costs!
Domestika is aSCAM No customer service, only automatic replies. Also been charged out of nowhere for a subscription I didn't want. No refund. The free trial is bad, I didn't get anything out of it, so I certainly didn't want to subscribe further. I guess it's my mistake for being human and expecting humanity from companies.
I had a good experience on Domestika though. The course was really really detailed and enoyable! But, I didn't have any reason to contact their support. I also had a real language barrier and had to rely on subtitles.
Don’t use Domestika, I use to purchase their courses until they charge me for a course subscription that I did not even purchased. I had to call my credit card for fraudulent use. Domestika would keep your credit card information where they can charge you whatever they force you to buy.
Well that one deision about that "graphic novel" was from an earlier era, and we don't really have any other precedents yet. At this point, almost no AI image is used that was not worked by a human. We almost always do in-painting and as you mention, text. It is human-created at this point, using the ai as a tool. It's not the same as it was in the beginning. I have one AI project about monsters and one about a girl rock band. I use face swap and consistent characters, and I onsider it all copyrighted material because I am writing it, I am generating images, face-swapping, animating the images, doing lip sync with the images to my scripts, having them sing AI songs that I wrote the lyrics to. How can anyone argue that this is not work I created? That's like saying it can't be copyrighted if you used Photoshop, it's absurd.
I am learning the differences because of industry standards. Not because I care for Adobe. I will always be an Affinity supporter. Cannot beat such a good design program for the money invested.
Domestika is perpetrating scams by adding Plus subscription to orders. Tonight $95 was taken from my bank account without any prior notice. I never desired Plus as I had already bought most items within the categories I am interested in learning about. This is a DECEITFUL tactic. I wish I had seen TrustPilot reviews warning of this. Any reputable company would refund. I am calling my bank to see what can be done. I will be posting this notice on every RU-vid video that I run across that is advertising Domestika until this is fully and satisfactorily resolved.

Plz give me inputs for selection of niche. If i search two designs for selection of niche. Search A provides me around 1100 results. While search B provides me 55,000 designs. Which one should i select as a beginner in POD. In which case my chances of sale is more.
Nine dollars an hour! How can they provide good quality teachers to their clients at that rate? As a credentialed teacher who just signed up for Preply I'm shocked. I put my minimum hourly on the site as sixty-five per hour and that is cheap for someone with an advanced degree. I suppose I won't be getting clients at that rate. Wish I would have watched your video before I took the hour and a half it took to sign up. Thanks for this video!
I've learnt a new English expression today: "to want to have your cake and eat it" . I understand and feel you, I also find it hard to balance private life and that kind of online job but for me it's ok because I don't have much friends, I'm not married and don't have any kid. or the moment I'm tutoring French there for 8 dollars one hour although I speak fluently Chinese, English and Spanish but I've never had a decent job in France. I'm thinking about getting a IELTS 8+ and start teaching English as well so if anyone have tips for that thanks a lot. PS: good luck and thank you for sharing your experience in that video.
Hey no problem, the way I learned that saying was “to have your cake and eat it too” meaning that you want the thing but not just to achieve it but to get whatever value from it as well. It’s usually not considered a good thing. Odd saying to be sure.
You have a couple call outs for video links that don't appear! I'll go find them manually because they must be as good as this video. I want to start my own print on demand thing now!!
Thank you very much for the video. It was really interesting and informative. But I would like to add that there are tons of teachers from all over the world teaching English, including the ones who are not Native English speakers. So anyone who is not from an English-speaking country, don't worry, you got a shot too!
I'm a homemaker and also homeschool my 10 year old. I would definitely have time throughout the day to tutor. Do you recommend Preply for a person like me who just wants to supplement my husband's excellent income?
Hi i took inspiration from your video and also recorded a video on youtube to share my experience of having taught via preply for 3 years. Hopefully this content might be helpful for some going on with their tutor journey.
