Shared Soundz! Creates a music culture, a movement where musicians share ideas and approaches on different instruments to help us learn and grow. God Bless!
Enjoy your tutorials but at about 7:00 into the video, the chord you refer to as having a minor 6 (D), is actually an F dominant 13 with 9 isn't it...especially with that voicing?
Hey Guys! I hope you’re all doing well. So my friend pointed out to me the other day that something sounded off on the chord at minute 7:59. Hearing it back, I totally agree with him! It doesn't quite sound like a minor 4 chord. So, I experimented and found that a 3 sharp 5 chord (made up of G, B, and D#) seems to fit better. What do you guys think? Similar notes are involved, so I can see how I made the mistake. I always look for ways to improve and learn from my mistakes, so any feedback is greatly appreciated!
If I remember correctly I was using the default grand pianonfrom Keyscape and I just cut the release. MKS-20 through Keyscape. And Hugo Bass and Prophy from Simple Pretty Music.
@@SharedSoundz Yea that synth sounds like a Pretty Simple Music sound. I use the Jaybrass and jayzapp for those shout movements. I gotta check out the prophy now.
