What a spectacular building. Its design screams 'New York City'. Placing those panels on the exterior is scary, but requires the utmost skill and safety. Hats off (so to speak) to those incredible architects, engineers, and especially, the construction workers. A job well-done 👍
Here's a Mass damn purr for you: An image that comes to mind is of Joan d'Arc (and other Christian martyrs) being burned at the stake. Please keep all those surrounding buildings up to code and w/responsible tenants. Wish I could live there.
Looks nice. But in that building I would tear out the walls and start over. I've seen her before here on RU-vid and I like her appreciation for excellence. BUT . . . she being the person I would ask (OR a man) to supervise an appropriate (for this building) re-do . . . she (OR he) would be 'being' introduced to something much more than furniture commercials.

Men need challenges. This building is a form of artwork created by many artisans that while stand and house people for hundreds of years. Also, yes it’s only 43 homes but in reality if you think about all the infrastructure needed to build 43 brand new luxury homes, you will understand why this is called building green. No new roads, sidewalks, pavement, or utilities were required for this building.
