I personally dislike trying to listen to a video with music playing while the person is speaking. It is very annoying and distracting, esp when the music is louder than the person's voice.
We apologize for that. On one or two of the videos in the past Mooresville being one of them the editor had the music playing a bit loud behind the narration. We did get that fixed in a video is following that one. Thanks for watching.
We’re looking for mountainous regions where the humidity is low and summer temperatures are pretty low. Apparently Beech Mountain is one of those areas. Are you familiar with it? Do you have real estate agents in mountains region areas? Apparently natural disasters are a little less severe.
I only mentioned Beech Mountain because I did a Google search for areas that had the least amount of extreme weather. Now that I know what counties it’s located in I could take a look at cities or towns I suppose. We are seniors and are looking for a single level home. Thank you for getting back to me. I will email you tomorrow.
Ok so this was done about a year ago. Are there any updates that you’d like to share with us like the performance in the housing market in the desirable areas listed? 😊
Heat and humidity is off and on. For instance today is in the low 80’s with no humidity and a nice breeze. Next week could be high 80’s with some humidity. It’s definitely not like Florida. Many people move here for the great weather. I think you are always going to have some hot and humid days but Charlotte is a great balance. I hope that helps.
What’s the shopping like in Denver and is there a Publix, Harris teeter, others? Thank you for the video. Living in Waxhaw but family wants to relocate near lake Norman this year.
Hi Irene Denver has a Harris Teeter and a Publix. There is also a Super Walmart, Panarea Bread and a Starbucks among other things. We serve Waxhaw and the Lake so we can help you with all of your needs when ready. We also have a new Denver Video coming out next week so stay tuned. Thanks for watching.

Is there a property where there is room for a 4-car garage? Looking to move to the Lake Norman area in the next 12 months. i have a car collection and everything I have looked at does not have room for the cars that I have. Total five plus a motorcycle.
You do the best videos by far on the Lake Norman area. You’d be my go-to Realtor if I were considering moving to this part of NC. Keep up the great work.
After living in Huntersville the last 19 years, I agree that it is a wonderful place to live, raise kids and is very convenient to Charlotte and has plenty of shopping. Downside is definitely the traffic on both the highway and town since it is booming with new neighborhoods.
We are planning to move to NC from abroad - first stay for ~a month in Charlotte in airbnb, get all the paperwork, and proceed from there. What would be the best part of Charlotte to stay in and get to know the city? Thanks!
There are several great area to choose from. I few to look into are the Lake Norman area, the Ballantyne Area or closer to Uptown Charlotte in areas like Dilworth or NODA might be an option. It really depends on what type of areas you like and what you like to do. Here is the link to all the options: ru-vid.com/group/PLzIdLCYO9WCyBmuSBhlqh3qI5y9F7VDg_&si=PI1gRvQiAJ2RvoI2
You live in North Carolina. But Do you know MrBeast also living in North Carolina??? Do you know that? I hope you can make a video with MrBeast. Answer me soon brother....
Seems like all you sell is on or very close to the lake. This is such a small part of the “real world” people that live in Mooresville. This is NOT what Mooresville is all about
Many of the neighborhoods are on the east side away from the Lake. We try to showcase a wide variety of price points and locations. We would be happy to send you videos that fit any price point you might be looking for. Just let us know. Thanks for watching.
Thank you for the feedback. And thank you so much for watching. We have made adjustments in our later videos. Your feedback is always much appreciated.
Hi there… Thanks for watching. The river District is in its early stages. It’s going to be a few years before this plan really comes to life. Once complete it should be beautiful and a very popular choice as a location. do you have a timeline for a potential move? Do you already live in the area or do you live out of the area? We’d love to help you with your potential move. Let us know how we can help.
Thank you for this very informative video. I am relocating from New York to North Carolina or Florida. I wanted a place where I could still have lots to do during retirement and you have open my eyes up to Charlotte.
Thanks for watching… North Carolina is a great place to retire. Plenty of options for you and plenty of things to do. We also get many people that have moved to Florida and wind up moving back up north to North Carolina. Reach out to us if you have additional questions. We’d love to help you.
