Thanks for this video! My family and I have our hearts set on Ballantyne, however at the moment that area is out of our affordability unfortunately. We’re looking at surrounding areas and Fort Mill and Rock Hill were recommended to us. However prices there also seem to be pretty expensive (isn’t everywhere right now)! Are there nicer areas there around the 400s anymore?
