Excellent, been looking for a good tutorial on tictocs. My problem has been not stopping on a 45. I would go all the way inverted. Also I believe I was using too much collective. BTW , is this AccuRC product still actively developed?
everybody tries to rush them, start slow and build from there. our lead dev is off long term sick and probably not coming back, finding somebody to replace him is proving difficult due to the unique skill set required. We arent giving up tho.
@@DorsetSaferRoads ok thanks, hope you are able to find that individual soon. Also hoping there is an evaluation version available? If so I will take a look at it.
Hello, is it possible for AccuRC to add a bit of UP Collective - once the Rescue button is pressed? Currently when I press the Rescue - it barely goes up, in real life it goes up quite a bit more. Wanted to replicate in AccuRC what happens in real life
This is a great inspiration! Of course I have to learn to fly much, much better to be able to come close to such precision - even in normal sports flying. But I will start to build this concept into my flying and to come closer and closer to it with time!
You can understand having to do all this if the sim was a free open source thing, but spending £40, and not having popular transmitters work out of the box is amateur. I've already had Steam give me a refund once and then bought the thing again, I can see me getting my money back again after 3 days of trouble shooting and I'm still no further on.
We do have presets for some of the more common transmitter/dongle combos. This is just one of the ways you can configure manually if you have an older radio that doesn't support mapping switches to channels.
Throttle and Pitch are tied together. Both are -100 to 100. That's fine for pitch, but Throttle should be 0-100. There is no reverse or negative. So... At mid stick my throttle goes to zero... Low stick and high stick are running full. I have to be missing something simple? -100 on Throttle travel should be 0 actual Throttle... 🤔
@@DorsetSaferRoads I was going to buy it but the recent reviews say it doesn't work and their questions go unanswered, so it appears abandoned. So I didn't buy it.
Hello Can anyone help I just setup my simulator But I am unable to fly because the heli keeps spinning Not sure what to adjust to fix this I am using a spektum transmitter
Hi there im looking at getting a simulator. I currently have the radiomaster zorro transmitter would this work with your sim? Your help on this would be appreciated thank you 😊
I have never tried to learn Piro-tictocs before. I am stopping here to have a look maybe 3-years later. I see that you are just doing a half tictoc and rotating the tail 180 degrees. Never knew it was or could be that simple. I am trying to improve my basics before moving on to things like this. I am taking forever on basics. I also noticed very much that the one tic toc orientation that I am most weak at which is skids-in and nose pointing right seems to be the one that you avoid the most in this video. I wonder if our natural flying preferences are similar in this regard. I have spent maybe two years practicing getting better at that single most difficult orientation that I did not take on naturally or by default! I see you do it one time at 15:03 within or as part of what you call it a "time machine" (as opposed to a "big ben") and say it's hilariously hard. Seems only thing different about it is that it's skids in. :) and incorporates that one difficult tic toc orientation that I mention :) Great video!! -SteveG
Hi, I don't know what I did wrong but when I played with the adjustments for the tail it wags and doesn't matter what I do it will not stop. The model is the Goblin 380, I have even deleted it from the My Models listing nothing changes, I even started a new model in my dx6, nothing changes. But if I fly any other model, no problems.
When accurc is going to available for andriod tabs, like samsung. These devices are more powerful these days can younguys do someth about it or have any plans
This looks so tame! 😂😂😂 AccuRC with my Jeti/USB ADC game controller on Beginner or 3D is super unstable even with the best calibration. It goes into oscillations that become increasingly difficult to control. Certainly doesn't look like this video.
@@pond.d2537 you just need to switch to the alpha channel (the link says how to do that) and you will get a bunch of new models including some of the raw
This is something that I have been doing for the entire time that I have been performing aerobatics, & I have not been consciously aware of it up until now. I normally base my manuevers on a particular circuit (usually figure-of-eight) where the middle point is directly in front of me. It just so happens that the same circuit (that I have been flying for 15+ years) is the same pattern that you have shown here, & I never knew what it was actually called. Occasionally, I'd hear a few other pilots comment on how crisp my flight lines are, & I'd be like "Huh? What the fuck are you talking about?" Well, now I know. =^/,..,^=
Rpm short for revolutions per minute also know as headspeed, the speed of rotation of the main rotorblades. The functions allow you to assign a switch so you can select between 3 different speeds.
@@DorsetSaferRoads thank you for your explanation, I hoped they were for transmitters switches settings, such “idle-up”, “6G-3D”, “D/R” switches and so on…
@@DorsetSaferRoads I was referring to the switches placed on my OMPHobby T6 transmitter, indicating some of them but not necessarily the “idle-up” one that I would like to configure on the simulator. yes, however I agree with your summary.
