For the 6th episode of AccuRC Home Practice, we're talking about the concept of lines, and how keeping clean lines can improve your flying. Video mentioned: • Mikado Logo 700 XXtrem...
This is a great inspiration! Of course I have to learn to fly much, much better to be able to come close to such precision - even in normal sports flying. But I will start to build this concept into my flying and to come closer and closer to it with time!
This is something that I have been doing for the entire time that I have been performing aerobatics, & I have not been consciously aware of it up until now. I normally base my manuevers on a particular circuit (usually figure-of-eight) where the middle point is directly in front of me. It just so happens that the same circuit (that I have been flying for 15+ years) is the same pattern that you have shown here, & I never knew what it was actually called. Occasionally, I'd hear a few other pilots comment on how crisp my flight lines are, & I'd be like "Huh? What the fuck are you talking about?" Well, now I know. =^/,..,^=
i've bought an omp M2 as my first heli and would like to practice in accurc using the M2. I know that you can zoom in to make the model bigger but you get a cropped view of the flying field. Is it possible to increase the model size, as you can in Phoenix flight sim. I find the M2 in accurc very difficult to see and am not keen on the cropped view, when zoomed in.
@@DorsetSaferRoads I'll stick with Phoenix flight sim for now then. I was hoping accurc would have all of the features and more. There's no point in buying it for the one Heli that I own. Then not being able to use it. My friend has bought it and on a 19" screen the omp is the size of a pea. In real life it's the size of a large orange. He regrets buying it. As he can't use the M2 in the SIM due to its tiny size. We are both in our 50s and both have restrictions on the screen size that we can use.
@@DorsetSaferRoads Accurc is worthless to me then. Unrealistic or not it would be good to have the choice. Being able to increase a models scale would be a good feature for beginners. But it seems only caters for the seasoned pilot
@@51im simulation speed is a fast better tool, slows time down gives you time to think, you can then slowly ramp it up as you gain confidence. Changing the models scale gives a very unrealistic response to the way the model flies.
I am new to this sim (Use RF mostly) and I was wondering why there looks like 2 sets of sticks on the screen? In Rf, it just looks like a radio. Sorry if it's a dumb question : )
We show both Mode 1 (rudder/elevator on the left + collective aileron on the right) and Mode 2 (rudder/collective on the left + aileron/elevator on the right) to please as many people as possible.
I am a 55 year old returning to RC after many years. What the F is "Steam" can i not just buy the sim and use with my own TX? Dont want to use while on line.
Yes it can, you can still use the old dongle, however you missed the window for the free upgrade by a few years (2017) you just need to head over to the website and buy v2, its on sale right now too. www.accurc.com
@@AccuRCFlightSimulator Thanks for reply. I fell for an offer here: www.modellbau-berlinski.de/rc-elektronik-und-akkus/simulatoren/accurc-flugsimulator-modellflugsimulator Bought it yesterday, so think that's why I missed the Update Window.. Beacuse it never comes Back... Omg i am so stupid to buy an old version -.-
@@AccuRCFlightSimulator No Problem. Thanks for communicate. That is in my opinion the important thing what makes a good developer. think the problem: I can rollback my order and geht the money back - but then i have no more usb-dongle so I had to buy both versions. Dammit - Afterwards you are always smarter xD
