You are the hottest teacher in the world and you should talk about anal and double anal your dvds about anal for teenage girls who love anal and big cock
Tell everyone how you got fucked by 8 off the biggest black guys in your gym you would not fuck them unless they had cocks over 20cm because you love double anal and double anal in your bedroom and in your bathroom and in the classroom with your students
I have been sooo excited to listen to this. It's been tricky as an instructor with MS to find equal treatment from management. I've been passed up for opportunities through their assumptions of what I can and can't do. While at the same time refusing any accommodations that could help. As a manager now I couldn't imagine ever treating an instructor with a disability that way. so I love that you took in this topic. i could talk for an hours on this. Don't even get me started on taking the tests with a disease that effects your brain. And being able to think quick and assess your class is becoming a lost art. I just did a training for my instructors to level up on this. Love all of the this. So good u guys!
I would not have hired you to begin with. 1 - Wearing gym attire is NOT professional. ANY degree of revealing attire is never acceptable; they will discover your skillset as you show it, not as you talk about it. 2 - You are entirely too chatty. That tells me you are not prepared. 3 - Get your exaggerated gestures under control. I should feel comfortable approaching you, not being wary of your wanton gestures. 4 - I should be able to determine you are a "manager" from the quality of your skillset, not because your nametag label. I've taught leadership tactics your video lacks. As a member, I've had others approach me for coaching as other members lack confidence in the existing staff. Lastly, hinting at Affirmative Action qualities will never gain favoritism; EO may get you the job, but performance will let you keep the job. "Gym rat" since 1985.
@@papazfitness for those needing a "translator", appearances should never sell being trainer. If you are clumsy but fit, that means you listened to someone else. However, if you are solid and logical, provocative clothes are not necessary. I started the hobby in 1985 when Nautilus equipment was new.
FAILURE #1 of many - bringing required credentials does not reflect doing their research. Displaying required credentials proves they meet the minimum job requirements. Doing "research" means they investigated the gym's management history in attempts to progress the business model forward. Stop fidgeting under the table enough to shake your body above it. "Managers" don't ever have excuses. Employees practice to get it right. Managers are good enough at everything so they can not get it wrong.
I've taught the skills your body demeanor is lacking. Generalized comments serve no purpose. Your obvious foot tapping is noticed in how you are literally bouncing in your chair. I don't see any managerial qualities in your demeanor beyond the obvious Affirmative Action card you played to get the title. I'll bounce my couple decades of experience against your couple years. Knowing the right words is a far difference from knowing their meaning.
Good info. Always happy when you have a new video Staci. I think the key is the conversation... Nowadays managers use email for important "conversations" and this creates a lack of communication.
