Hey Karen, need to inform you of a couple crucial things everyone watching this...need to know. 1. Much more grease than was shown--needs to be pumped in there. The floating seal needs to come mostly out to the outer rim, and it's not a bad thing for you to see some grease escaping out (easily wiped clean). 2. I also have a small grease gun like you used, but it's for other light applications. For this job, you need a full-size gun with insert, because you're going to need much more grease than you pumped in (both wheels together).
I am very curious about this... is there a cost savings moving to aluminum? I could totally see this guy being great for this area. Also like the addition of Fred lol. Gets the job done!
Interesting question. I know that it is good on fuel consumption and it is lighter than fiberglass for sure. The fuel tank is larger, but it last longer too. I will have to monitor it.
Y'all are killing it! Love the merch. Congrats on the new boat! I like that all the battery/fuel/connections are in one spot, and look to be easy to get to - makes maintenance and repair easy. I'd suggest a power pole - other than that, you look to be set up well.
@@WeGoFishing They're definitely worth the price, and they have great customer service and warranty. I didn't see if your trolling motor had spot lock, but if so, that may eliminate some of that need for a while.
@@TheGoodeLifeOutdoors My trolling motor does have spot lock, I will definitely be looking into getting power poles mounted. I think it would be a great upgrade!
The only time I get stressed is if I lose fish while fishing a tournament lol. I like the competitive aspect of it, but don’t like losing money. I don’t fish tournament primarily.
Great advice definitely but you guys should be looking at the camera not each other. You could do that on your own time. I thought this time was for the people watching your podcast. So it’s poison or bacteria? First it was venom now it’s poison but when I looked them up, it said bacteria there’s no venom.
Thank you for sharing your thought about our presentation. My understanding is that it is a venom, not just a bacteria. Per Texas Parks and Wildlife, "Exercise great care when removing this fish from your hook as the slime layer covering the large barbed dorsal spine is mildly toxic."
