@@WeGoFishing and I believe you can crab all year long? Yeah, J.O. #2 is the most popular for steaming crabs. J.O. SPICE has been in Maryland for over 75 years. Most crab houses use this also. Nice video.

Cant you keep a few small ones for bait? You baked or fryed them?

Pan seared in oil. Yes you can keep some smaller ones for bait. In Texas they need to be kept in a separate container from the larger ones. Enjoy!
