Hey, everyone! I'm Jay, a nature and wildlife gamer. I love animals and storytelling, and here on RU-vid I'm combining the two to produce quality gaming playthroughs that anyone can enjoy. I'm committed to keeping my content safe for anyone to enjoy, but without sacrificing quality and depth to do so. My playthroughs don't have any foul language, but they do have deep, engaging stories blended with real-world science.
In addition to making gaming videos, I'm also an artist, animator, writer, and coder. Through both my work here on the JayPlays channel and my work outside it, I hope to help fill a void in a world where meaningful, quality content that doesn't rely on mature themes to draw an audience is sorely lacking.

Here i am 4 yrs later, looking at these vids and loving them so much, putting a name in the comments, i feel like “Lemeria” after the ancient underwater city. It just looks like her personality matches it. (I know its to late to have it chosen)
When I was very young I got this game at a thrift store with my grandma. 6 years later, I’m still playing it lol😂❤❤❤ also, what tags did you use? I’m trying to make vids about this game but it’s not catching the eye of anyone😢
In my play through of this game, I ended up marrying spark. A tip about them is that they like any quality lavender! It’s pretty easy to find. They also don’t change much if you start to date them.
would love some bird names (if theyre not already named by now) as ive been naming all my wolfquest wolves after birds lol. some of my favorite bird names: loon, junco, crane, kite, eagle, poorwill, avocet, willet, plover, turkey, vulture, condor, jay, magpie, crow, raven… theres lots!! and if you ever have a lack of bird names you could probably just explore on ebird or allaboutbirds and find some cool things
Currently don't have time for watching the video since I have school stuff(But I will watch it later) so I don't know if you've already discovered this, but Cattails Wildwood has rival marriages between your colony members that you can set up with specific cats if you have good stars with them! They're difficult to get since it has to be at certain times in certain places, sometimes outside of camp, but if you are interested then you can find guides for the cutscenes online. I wont say who since I don't want to give spoilers, but each ship has three events and after that they can come to you and ask if they should get married to their loved one.
Hey! I know this was months ago but im here rewatching and i just wanted to say that if you enjoy the game i would love to see more of this series with the other animals the game has to offer. Im sure so many people would agree with me that we want to see more of this wonderful game!

I chickened out of playing way back in the demo days because of nerves and anxiety. "Rivals will still attack you if you act submissive." "So what am I supposed to do to not get killed?" "Dominate them." "That'll get me killed!" Coupled with the rough state of the first demo, and further nerves about hunting elk: <Game> Go hunt elk. <Reality> Lone wolves almost never hunt elk, it's extremely dangerous and wolves only succeed in hunting about 10% of the time. <Me> ... That doesn't sound like a very enjoyable game. I chased and killed one coyote before my nerves got the better of me and I never came back until only about half a year ago when I (re)discovered AE.

A little fanfiction of branch's death As Mabel hid in the den she was anxiously shaking,then she heard a ear peircing scream from none other than her mate branch."Stay in the den pups" she woofed softly, when she came outside she saw it her dear mate branch covered in blood dead just outside the den.When she looked back at the den she saw the bear who killed the love of her life,filled with sadness and rage she lashed out at the bear and started chasing it.Meanwhile in the den twig heard loud roars and growls out of curiosity he came outside "Twig!!" Mabel yelped loudly luckily she was able to save him and chase the bear away.She called the pups out while resting her head on branch's cold body the pups came over softly whispering "Mama what happened to papa?" Mabel knew that the pups were to young to understand the reality of death "He is just sleeping" she siad trying to hide her sadness from her young children, the pups questioned in a confused tone "when will he wake up?"Mabel sighed and answered "He won't, he is in another place he is watching us from the sky" the pups questioned agian"How did he get up there?" Mabel sighed once more and replied "I'll tell you when you guys are older " the pups understood and went in the den.When she was about to go in the den she heard a deap soft whisper in her ear "You need to move on don't worry it wasn't your fault i will always be here even if you can't see me" she recognized the voice it was branch's voice she understood what he meant and went to sleep hoping to find a new mate the next day.
