Question?? So I ordered my BKRK break cue. I was wondering if you can adjust the weight on it your self?? I GOT THE SPECK ON IT BUT UNDER WEIGHT OT SAYS 15.5 I’m thinking it’s a typo but was curious. Please help LMK
I'm not sure this matters, spin induced throw has been seen to be an almost negligible effect however playing tough balls with side will always make them harder as you have to account for squirt etc. Perhaps this works because you otherwise have a tendency to hit the ball too thick or too thin and this corrects for your vision. If you truly are aiming at the right point on the ball, you should be able to play this with no spin whatsoever.
Wards to live by brother. That’s what I tell my teammates all the time. Your going to get what you put in there’s no shot cuts…. Also I ended up getting that Jflowers BkRK I got the red one bro. And let me say thanks 🙏🏽 for the recommendation.
That jump massé was top noche! Question about the cushion jumping; do you aim these like you aim normal kicks, or does the line of aim lengthen out/shorten up when the cue ball goes airborne off the rubber?
Imagine an invisible ball right before the object ball. Aim at the invisible ball using a lil bit of low left english. If the object ball isn't on the rail there's adjusting to be done.
Bro, By any chance do you have a promotional code or some kind of discount on the J flowers, BRKR break cue. just wondering after going back and forth I’m going to go ahead and order it.
@Hustler210 this is my affiliate link. Unfortunately I don't have a promo code for a discount yet. But if you use this link, it helps tremendously. My Break Cue jflowerscues.com/product/red-brkr-break-cue/ref/ThePoolTryHard/
So would that mean that each position covers a range of angles? Also what happens when you need a tip of left? Disclaimer: not trying to be a dick or a troll, just trying to make sense of these things. They’re great as a guide or a base line I guess but spin, speed, stroke 😬
@400fps all good. But yes. Different angles will change the aim on the cueball and the objectball. If you youtube SVB Shaft Aiming. There are a couple videos explaining it in depth. Definitely worth a search.
@Hustler210 I'd highly suggest checking out jflowers cues. They're affordable and have juggernauts like earl Strickland, De Luna and Orcollo reping them. Affordable and highly professional equipment.
great advice, I've been playing casually for many years and am just now trying to play more competitively. Following through with stroke is my biggest new thing, gives a better break and more consistent with potting
Bottom line is, hit a lot of balls and play a lot of pool shots to master them. They all change slightly, amidst humidity, temperature so many factors, god forbid you need to put English on this shot… it’s a great tip I’m not knocking it, but wanna be good as Shane? Put in the hours SVB puts in. Plain and simple
I'm using the left side of my shaft and am aiming on the edge of the object ball. Do this my changing your body position when getting down on the shot. So much more goes into this technique. SVB had a great video out explaining it in depth.
