This is my endeavor to share motion activated trail camera videography of Yukon wildlife for recreational viewing and educational purposes. My hope is simply to facilitate an appreciation of the natural world and the wildlife that call it home.
There is no hunting or trapping purpose to these cameras. There is no baiting or use of scent lures.
Back in the 80s I used to sleep out in a tent alone in the Yukon all over the place (to avoid the campground fees....was 5 bucks a night back then). Many of us used to live that way during the summers to save money. One summer I had a little cabin outside Dawson City and a bear came in through the front door while I was sitting on the back porch by the pond. Just a small black bear......I had to chase it out.
Mother Nature is absolutely stunning - moose, black and brown bear, lynx, wolves and a wolverine to boot. When I retire I’d like to live where that camera is

Excellent footage, it must be a bit unnerving how the bears are particularly interested in the camera, I'm sure they smell it and you on it. 😂 Thanks for sharing your work and the lovely footage with us. 😊❤
Love your video clips all put together this way. The contrast between the skinmy black bear and the better fed grizzly and the coyote communal potty spot. All well done and lovely to see. Animals just being animals. 😊 They smell your scent on the trail camera though some of them are more interested than others. 😂 it's a nice change from all the garbage online. Thanks for bringing us such beautiful scenery and animals. ❤
