There’s a woman named Michele khare and she does the exact same thing your doing maybe you can take some inspiration from her videos to upgrade, but the vid was interesting keep up the great work
Wow the way you pass guards and pull triangles for being just 30 days in is incredible. I hope you keep going with your bjj training, you are clearly talented
I'm a big guy (6'3" and around 250 lately) and picked up on it right away when I was stationed in Korea working with the KATUSA and ROK soldiers there. I still find myself using the "Asian squat" today, 30 years later when doing various tasks that would require bending or stooping for extended periods of time. It's as if once you do it, it just naturally becomes comfortable. CHEERS!
just started rubik's cube challenge. please share your journey (like what resources you utilized) and why you went for CFOP? and not for Beginners method etc...
I took a private class with Bernardo with during a Krav Maga class I used to attend . Very professional and safety conscious. He taught us to run with our arm bent in a 90-degree angle with finger off the trigger and the pistol pointing straight up. And not to lower the pistol until presenting yourself at the target. We were running in pairs. I'm surprised not to see this in this video.
I was in choir for over 6 years, but now I feel like I know nothing about singing. Even tough I sing quite often with my bestfriend because she loves singing. She always was inspired by me because I had been in choir for so long.😅
This is the first video of yours that I've seen. I could tell immediately that you would do well because of the tone that you speak in and how you carry yourself. These demonstrate that you are confident in yourself, you have had many accomplishments already (the only way to gain self-confidence), you are not afraid to jump into something new because you like the challenge, and you are fit based on the way you move. Congratulations for doing so well. I progressed faster than a lot of people would have. I like to see these kinds of videos showing people challenging themselves and going for it.

The first time you realize you are trying to drink from a firehose is always an "oh shit" moment. I bet @Kize keeps going, gun training can be addictive. Ask me, three time Gunsite and two time Thunder Ranch grad, how I know. :)
This was great to watch! This was a lot of information thrown at you in one day. And you picked it up a lot faster than most people would. Shooting isn’t easy. Good job
That physical stuff before the shooting was interesting to me. Faster heart rate and breathing are always factors in accuracy so making people run before they shoot reveals those that are calm under pressure vs. the ones with too much adrenaline and no way to effectively control it.
Not even adrenaline, just the overall endurance. If your heart is beating out of your chest no matter how calm you are your shooting position is gonna be unstable. What helps is cardio so that your heartrate doesn't skyrocket as soon as you take a step forward
I don't use shoulder rest , it seems violin fit for my neck and shoulder , it rest well 🤣 and now I'm having problem fory finger to actually touch string for note 🤣
