@@bionicnightmare6546 these are a Honda specific option for Actys. You could probably make them work on a Suzuki but no guarantees. I got them from Honda Acty Parts on instagram
I'm trying to troubleshoot my headlight fuse popping when I go into reverse. I confirmed when I disconnect the ground from the positive in the left rear tailight housing it no longer pops. Where is the trans reverse switch located?

I didn’t know you could get the acty van without the rear wiper and defrost. With that said I do not have a 3rd brake light and I have a sdx hi model. Nowhere on my van does it say street except the manuals in the glovebox. I love how I can wipe all the materials in my van with a damp rag all vinyl seats and headliner. I just noticed that my van also has the long bars that run down the length of the van that use to hang clothes on sometimes also those side plastics in the rear I noticed some models have a storage pocket there where mine does not it looks just like yours.
I enjoy the quieter, calm atmosphere in this one. Wouldn't mind a couple of words here and there to mention what you're doing for each project, but letting the actions speak for themselves is very relaxing to watch. 👍👍
Do you know a lot about these engines? My street xi model is having a surging idle, sometimes dies when it rains, no idea what could be the problem, thinking about buying another van to steal the motor since I have no clue what to do
Hello & good afternoon, I'm gonna say carburetor issues, there something called a air solenoid valve also something called a slow cut solenoid. The air solenoid valve could do it.. Check Japanese mini truck forum, those guys are excellent with that. Thank you. .. I don't think there's anything really wrong with the engine.Start playing with it. Be well.
Hey please someone help .. will the beat or the little valves and rings work on the E07A MTREC out of a 1996 honda today rs .... I think I dropped a valve.. I'm not sure ..
HE REPLIES! Hey I got a question for ya, I have a 1996 acty street V in New Zealand, what do you think the chances are of getting my hands on the MTREC efi system from a fuel injected E07 on its own? I'd like to convert it to efi for fuel economy (assuming that is even a good move)
The comment might be late, but the head was designed by Yamaha. Actually looks kind of similar to the old motocross bikes Yamaha had. The used on the top of the valve something called pill which help prevent damage onnthe valve due to high rpm, and repent gear changes because of drifting. Actually the "pill" is just a pill shape object made from magnesium or a similar material
I only watched a few minutes of the video (just wanted to see the fuel level sensor removal) but there was a lot of bad info. Sorry to come across harshly but you should really consider getting a manual or doing more research on your vehicle before making a how-to video so you know what you’re talking about. The first “fuel filter” you pointed out is actually a two way valve for the gas tank vent line. The “heater core” you pointed out is actually the A/C condenser. And that other “thing in the fuel system possibly second fuel filter” next to the fuel pump is the actual fuel filter. Again, sorry to be harsh. Just trying to point out some bad info
Thanks for this. The few manuals that are out there are in Japanese, so a lot of what I do is just jumping in and figuring it out as I go. Wanted to point out that this was a year ago and by doing this and routing the new fuel pump and fuel lines I learned how the whole system works. This wasn’t meant to be a how to video, more of just “what I did in the garage this weekend.” I corrected myself with the actual fuel filter and the external pump. I’ll try to be as accurate as I can in the future, learning more everyday.
@@Milehighkei If you search for “James Danko Acty manual” you can find an english version of the official service manual. There’s a few sites that sell a hard copy version but there’s also a free PDF version floating around. I find it to be very informative and useful.
