About me: My name is Aljohn and I am a 20 year old Polyglot from the Philippines. Well not really, I hate being called a polyglot because there is much more to learn than languages alone. It opened me to a whole new world that was once unfamiliar, that felt like a dream, and I grew to love it.
So if you will ask me, I don't really like languages. I just want to discover the world has to offer and appreciate the beauty of it. ------------ I make videos in Tagalog, English, Spanish, French, Indonesian, Russian, Italian, Portuguese, and Swedish 🇵🇭 🇺🇸 🇪🇸 🇫🇷 🇮🇩 🇷🇺 🇮🇹 🇧🇷 🇸🇪 ------ 📓 For business inquiries: mogatas.princealjohn.05082003@gmail.com
Majority of the languages, the guy spoke, has a relation with either the Spanish or the French language, he should learn how to speak Japanese, Arabic, mandarin and other languages dad is not Spanish or French based or both.
07:23 the host say "Bahasa", i see this kind of mistake on RU-vid all of time😢 just don't say "bahasa" again, can you? i just want to explain this bahasa means "language" if you don't want to say completely " Bahasa Indonesia", just saying " Indonesia" its more better than saying " Bahasa" fortunetly, this polyglot corrected her by saying " Bahasa Indonesia"🙂 im sorry for my bad English, English is my 3rd language 🙏
Let's face it, until speaking Spanish becomes a real benefit or advantage financially or socially, it won't be any more popular than other foreign languages. Speaking English well is a definite advantage in the workplace in the Philippines. Can't say the same about Spanish. Filipinos have a romantic and cultural attachment to Spanish for sure but at the end of the day, Spanish fell into disuse because it was no longer useful. And it still isn't in the Philippines. Spanish and English are both "instrumental" languages. They are utilitarian tools for commercial or legal interactions. They are not and were never our native tongues unlike in Latin America where Spanish became the native tongue. Spanish was never the language of the home anymore than English is today. We speak our own languages at home.

Crecí en España pero vivo cerca de la UST. España en Filipinas se inunda cada año. Estoy tan orgulloso de comer Sinigang en Sampaloc aunque no podemos encontrar ningún árbol de tamarindo allí
