Wow! Wenn man sieht, wie schnell das geht. Erst ist es „nur“ regnerisch und dann auf einmal eine fette „Windböe“ und zag; Bäume und Büsche legen sich hin. Welche Kraft dahinter steht. Das kann man immer erst realisieren, wenn man so etwas sieht. Wie schnell wir die Natur unterschätzen und wieviel Kraft sie plötzlich entwickeln kann…😨
I have witnessed one of these maybe 3 years ago in Nijmegen (NL). If that guy have arrived just few seconds later he would be dead. Unfortunately few people in Nijmegen weren't that lucky... R.I.P. Winds during downbursts can reach even 200km/h. It's like tornado, or better tsunami from the sky, as it's sometimes called. So if you're at the wrong time at the wrong place, you can be easily killed by falling tree, flying projectiles, or be blown down from cliff, bridge, etc...
So today there was a donwburst in The Netherlands, and now everyone is saying there was a tornado here... why is everyone confusing a downburst with a tornado...? can someone pls tell me
