Empower3 gives direct s/n ratio calculation in default., you could get that from table components provided with in the software

I could guide you here with step-wise procedure for calculating signal to noise ratio for calculating in em-power3 software 1) select the chromatogram channel and open processing method view 2) go for integration table and select system suitability, valley to valley in the integration category 3) In the system suitability section, in the bottom, u will find s/n ratio 4) Select the time duration from and to with in the total run-time 5) Enable s/n ratio of table components 6) by changing time points of s/n in the system suitability section, u could get the desired ratio you could ping me to the mail at gupthasukesh@gmail.com or 9949149503 if needed further clarification Team Pharmatipszone
