I've found that pulling the slack out of the bar takes care of the bend in the arm. Typically, you see the bicep tears from the people that skip this step, like the guy in the video.
I trained my inner thighs with the tthigh squeezie machine. I still can't retain the names of it all. It was oddly the workout that made me the most sick to my stomach so far lol. It has been a while, but I'm working on my legs slowly. I've been sitting in a chair for 15 years, my legs got all fucked up, I'm up to 3 sets of 10 on hack squats now so hell yea, (no weight added yet, I weigh 252lbs.)
