Just a guy who loves to talk about video game characters and music. I'm very outspoken, but then again, who isn't? I go by JonathanFrostathan, but you can call me JonFrost or JonRob if you want to cause that's what people normally call me on the internet.

In the whole video, you lead up to things but actually don't get anywhere. You accuse people of not giving souce but your source is: that video, this video, previous video. Nothing linking anything. Also your nitpicking Kuro, praising him then saying you hate him, then saying you respect him, what the hell do you mean? It's like a salty teenager trying to say he's objective and a third person. None of us, no one was actually ever sad about Ben losing, after allGreen Lantern has decades of feats in comics. It was always about how ben lost, how there was no research about Ben 10. And Kuro expressed that. His Quote about Death Battle not touching Ben 10 is also in the context that they should not have touched him without research as he already told everyone in previous videos that he was happy Ben 10 getting attention. Also your middle school saying of "whoever says I'm biased is biased themselves" shows how much you don't understand the term.
@@JonathanFrostathan Not 'what', 'who' and the answer would present itself if you do go through the video yourself. But again I wouldn't curse anyone to watch this video so I'll just tell you that I'm talking about Kuro the Artist from Ink Tank.
Holy crap, this video struck a chord with me. I picked this game up during a Steam sale earlier this year because Velvet is so often compared to Ragna the Bloodedge from BlazBlue. Around that time, I finished going through the story modes of BlazBlue and I really found myself liking Ragna as a character. I knew a few people that were big Tales fans, but I was never really interested in the series until I really started hearing about Velvet's similarities to Ragna through places like r/DeathBattleMatchups. Thus, I decided to try my first Tales game. I've also had something of an eventful life myself. A lot has happened to me, and I've also made a lot of mistakes (big and small) before getting to where I am now. Because of that, I began to really criticize myself on an individual level and I started to believe I was a terrible person as a result of my misdeeds. I ended up going to therapy, and while that's helped a lot, I was still haunted by my past, perhaps even moreso now that I became more aware of it. I played Berseria, expecting Velvet's journey to be pretty similar to Ragna's (and it was, but she's also so unique as a character to where "female Ragna" doesn't really do her justice) but I connected with her on a level I didn't even expect I would. The way she berates herself, denies her humanity, feels guilt for her wrongdoings, and even breaks near the end of the second act (after the Innominat reveal) were all things I could relate to because I know how all of that feels. Ironically, it was through accepting Velvet's flaws that I was more able to accept my own. Life's been easier for me since then, even if things are still hard at times. This in particular is why I've come to adore Velvet as a character. The last section of the video nearly made me cry. It's hard living with wrongdoings, and I don't think I'll ever be the best person on the planet, but I don't think that'll stop me from trying my best as I move forward with my life. That's all I can really hope for. Despite only playing it recently, Berseria has proven to be a life-changing video game for me. As many flaws as it probably has, I don't really care about them. The story had me hooked since the beginning, and the only hiatus I took from playing this was so I could focus on my summer quarter of college. 10/10 video game, would play again. I could say so much more about this game, but I think I've said enough for now. Best five dollars I've ever spent, bar none. I definitely need to check out the rest of the series now.
This DB has one of my favorite animations. Not only do they do a good job representing both fighters' skills and fighting style, they nailed some of the finer details. I really liked how Dimitri actually made good use of his polearm - he uses spacing, and makes use of the length of the polearm (apparent in the 2nd half when he stabs Gut's helm). He also doesn't only thrust with the polearm, and makes use of it as a cutting weapon a few times as well.
so its been a while since ive seen this but didnt it say somewhere that even if bens arm is removed and it cant be reattached the watch would just make a new ben from the stored dna (assuming hal doesnt immediately find a counter). or start a self destruct sequence (might just be countered with a shield by hal but it didnt get mentioned) if anyone knows the if that was a fan made thing or not let me know
I thought ben should have won initially because of, like you described, the poorly written conclusion. looking into it a bit more and just coming to the understanding that dc shouldn't even really be in match up videos given how ridiculous they are power wise and I'm significantly more chill about it nowadays. that being said I wish they'd used some more variety with bens aliens and I still think the scissors thing was dumb, though the way you portrayed it made it a bit more sensical.
@@ithoughtso.7016 He recreated the universe. He didn't stop universal destruction nor did he fix the original universe. It was replaced by one nearly identical to the original.
Funny looking back at Starscream VS Rainbow Dash when they couldn’t take MLP seriously. Thank goodness for BillCord. And I definitely think that ChiefSlayer is getting remastered, unless the ShadTwo gang rises up.
Although I agree with the verdict, the way the battle ended and how they explained it just itches me the wrong way. Youre telling me, Ben, who caught the Big Bang, dies to goddamm scissors and gets brutally crushed by a boot? They make Hal seem like a fucking pyschopath. Hell, before Hal time travelled, he somehow killed all those Alien X clones for dome reason, but still cant beat one of them? And the way they try to explain the verdict could have been done better. Most of the important stuff were shoved in black boxes that many wont even read.
I mean, it was the Omnitrix reacting to the Big Bang that saved Ben, not Ben saving himself. And the Omnitrix has never saved Ben from being hurt before, only from being killed outright, so limb removal isn't something we have seen it or should expect it to respond to. Based on the one thing it took to get a response. That's just more evidence on why the animation isn't meant to be taken seriously and just be fun. Makes as much sense as when the pulse blast pushed back someone who has tanked a supernova.
I don't even care about the outcome. It's the execution that bugs me (no pun intended). Imagine if Goku VS Superman ended with Superman going back in time and snapping Kid Goku's neck. As anticlimactic as the second Goku VS Superman was, Superman quickly ending it by lobotomizing Goku is very in-character for him. Imagine if Captain America VS Batman ended with Batman bombing the whole city. That definitely would have ended the fight, and it's totally within his abilities, but that is _not_ how Batman rolls. Going back in time and killing your opponent in the past is such a cop-out way to settle a versus debate. It's like "it was all just a dream" fan theories but for versus debates. It's worse than the no limits fallacy. It's also a complete disservice to the characters involved in the debate. Unless it's something like Cable VS Booster Gold or Reverse Flash VS Goku Black, where the combatants would definitely fucking do that, I just don't see many cases where someone, especially a Green Lantern, would abuse time travel to score an easy victory. They didn't use time travel in either of the Flash Death Battles for good reason. Omni-Man VS Homelander had better characterization, and that was a unanimous stomp. I swear, Light Yagami throwing away the Death Note and beating Columbo to death with a metal pipe would be a more satisfying and character-accurate victory than "Time, huh? Thanks for the tip!"
