Thank you, Claire! A good healthy snack to try out is this. The video said they taste just like a snickers bar and they really do! Cut some dates in half, removing the pit. Fill the dates with peanut butter or any kind of nut butter. Drizzle with chocolate. I like dark chocolate. I melted on the stove (some use the microwave, but that takes out some micro nutrients). Then top it with some crushed peanuts and a little salt. Put that in the refrigerator until chilled. when you remove it allow it to come down towards room temperature before you eat it and it will increase the chewy ness 😋 Dates -whole fresh Peanut butter Melted chocolate Crushed peanuts A little salt
Thank you I'm 52 seems that when I'm using more actives my face is getting so much more oily do I need to increase my moisturizer back off of the actives thank you so much I've never really had super dry skin but as I go into menopause maybe that's the cause I don't know thank you for any recommendation
Which is the best one to Start Out with the Nira pro or The smaller tip Precision? I would like to have both but would rather start Out with one to See how Well it works for me and the cost as well. Thanks so much!:)
Hello, I watch your investigative, honest journalism experience from your videos. I would like to ask you, do you have any research on castor oil? You tube is full of videos that are almost a cure for everything. But I think most of what I watch is not reliable information. Would you consider making a video on this subject from an authorized source? Thanks.
Hi - thank you for watching and trusting! I talk a little about the benefits of castor oil for skin in this video from 5 mins in. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-81S1xI1QTSI.html There is a lot over hype around castor oil right now and this article does a really good job of giving an objective overview of benefits versus unproven claims www.webmd.com/diet/castor-oil-health-benefits
Hi Ladies! Alice, I love all the information about treatments that you post on and write about-thanks so much! I actually ordered the Nira pro but cancelled it after looking at more before and afters on RU-vid, some people actually looked worse and older than before, after using it consistently for months. I have to say that I love my led light masks and I get lots of compliments on how good my skin looks. I use trentanoin, sunscreen, vit C and other serums from Timeless particularly, and hrt helps a lot too, I also don't smoke, and I definitely see the difference in my skin with the led mask. Oh and I also love my trinity device.
i have organic grass fed beef bone broth about once a week. That and applying castor oil to my scalp the night before washing it, (wash twice a weeks only) as well as not being vegetarian anymore, has reversed my hair loss and improved my hair condition incredibly. The castor oil takes your hair back to its balanced ph state and it feels so soft and supple. I''m 50 and no grey. I eat spinich, eggs, avocados and blueberries as well as the broth. But the broth and castor oil was the life changing factors. Get your vitamin/mineral/hormone levels checked in a blood test so you know what you need to supplement.
Another great video, Clare 🙂 Organic oat bran is fantastic for adding fibre - I add 2 scoops into a bowl, add 2 tsps chia seeds (whole, organic) and then 2 tsps milled flax seeds. Then I add cereal (it can be muesli, or on some days even Special K w berries!) Add milk of choice and leave to soak for about 5-10 mins. I do this most days. Berries or chopped apple is good on it too. I feel organic is best as many seeds (chia especially) come from China and are heavily sprayed. Look forward to your next videos - they sound interesting 🥰
Love the idea of soaking the oats. I love Bircher muesli so this is a good reminder to start making some again! Interesting re the chia seeds. I must look into that.
Had my first grey hair at age 15. Now 46 and my hair is still mostly dark brown with a smattering of platinum on top and blonde/silver highlights by the temples. Love my natural highlights btw and I finally look the age I have always felt (people always said I was 12 - or whatever age I happened to be at the time - going on 40). My hair and skin has become suddenly very dry this year but now I put rose oil and natural hand cream on my face, castor oil on my hands at night, and marula oil on my hair and this seems to keep the tight rough dry feeling at bay.
I’m not convinced that injecting botulinum toxin into the body is good for us. Where does that poison go? We would never ingest rat poison but somehow injecting poison every few months is considered acceptable. And then she shows us that her fillers are still hanging around years later. I’d rather have wrinkles.
Interesting! How do you like your infrared blanket? I'm thinking of buying one myself, but I'm a bit afraid of the EMF exposure. I would love a video about that!
Might be worth watching my review on the HigherDose blanket because I discuss safety in there. It's linked in the description. I rely on the traditional sauna at the gym more but I use the HigherDose blanket at the weekends. It's not as good as an actual sauna, but you get the feel good from it and it's great for muscle tension and relaxation as well as having the heat therapy benefits.
I've got it on my to-do list to find an expert to talk to about this. I was awake at 4am this morning worrying about being awake at 4am so I totally relate.
I’m 61 today 🎉, started tweaking about 15 years ago, no regrets, got lucky with my dermatologist. One important thing: don’t neglect your overall health. I had fibroids, didn’t know it, caused chronic inflammation, not a good look! Since surgical removal, my skin is glowing again and I haven’t had tweaks in a year!
I still tile, lay carpet, paint 9 foot walls, etc. But it hurts so badly because I've had a physical job and internal scar tissue. So I roll my eyes when everyone says exercise will fix it all.
You call this the honest Channel. Kudos to the lady that is getting in shape bodybuilding at her advanced age. One of the first things that I noticed about this woman is she has fake breasts. I can spot fake breasts a mile away. Looking at her body I suspect that she's probably doing some kind of steroids or other such drugs that both female and male bodybuilders use today . That is why a red flag to me is when I see fake breasts I say to myself well what else is not natural AKA fake. I know that most women will not admit do steroids or fake anything
Can you please do a video on how to reduce headaches. You mentioned magnesium but are there other helpful tips? I have been suffering from migraines and headaches more frequently and I don’t know the cause or triggers.😃
Currently on my content planner to be published on Nov 17th is a video on how taking magnesium has wiped out my headaches and taking a look at why. I always suspected magnesium was making the difference for me, but I recently stopped taking it and they came back with a vengeance and that's when I knew for sure. I can also touch on some of the other more natural ways to reduce headaches in that video too.
Soo many issues associated with headaches & migraines. If you suffer from tmj, you gotta get your jaw fixed & tongue fixed too. If not headaches & neck issues etc. but if you can’t do any of that, what I found helpful was doing dry needling & physical therapy once a week
Some people may look at you and think you're being vain. I disagree, I love the way you're showing us that, as we age, we can get stronger and healthier and vibrant and beautiful. There's a guy in the Bible that did the very same thing, and his name is Moses. And when he was a 120 years old, he was strong as an ox and I always told God that's what I want to be and now I see that I can be that. you've given me inspiration, and I'm 67 and I'm excited to start this journey and I. Don't believe I'm too old to start now. Anyway, thank you so much. And God bless you big time
Yes, the Bible talks about visualization a lot and how you can imagine having the blessings that God has for you.I'm glad you mentioned visualization. That's a powerful tool.
Thanks so much - I’ve done a lot of research around this topic & you’ve defo covered the main ones, really useful 🙏 I’ve just purchased an infrared sauna blanket so hoping that’ll help in few ways, it’ll certainly help keep me warm with our upcoming winter I’m sure! Will try the tip on frozen berries & peas as a snack. Love your content, many thanks! ❤
great video. i was looking up high fiber vegetables.. i was suprised that veggies aren't higher in fiber. fruits not too high either. i do eat black beans, edamame, etc, but id like to get more from veggies. im not opposed to fruits but try not to eat too many fruits because i tend to get sugar drops if i eat high glycemic meals/ foods.
Glad you enjoyed it Jill! It's still a good idea to eat plenty of veg along with the lentils, beans etc, because we then get a mix of different fiber types in our diet which play different roles in the gut. I could do with widening my range of veggies a bit instead of making the same old meals!
How might it effect dental implants and crowns? No one talks about this but I purchased the Time Master Pro and felt it in my teeth. Thanks so much for all the great content and advice.
I started to do treatments in my 40s. I have done 2 c02 laser treatments. I will do another one in a few years. I also started Botox, I do not need a lot, I am starting to do it every 6 months since the effect is lasting longer on my 11s. Retin A and daily sunscreen, of course.
