I have not read all the comments but i watched your safety and it moves and prevents the hammer from hitting the pin. on mine the safety fully engages itself during use. tightening the screws on the safety helps'
Yeah your best bet is something like the amend to trigger guard that you can attach with the Kydex like you said but is super minimal if you can't make your own Kydex trigger guard that you can attach with a small paracord leash to pull it off when you pull weapon but you absolutely are correct that you need one if you're going to carry in the chamber in this thing
Thanks for the video first of all. Regarding the holster clips, I thought the same thing as you. Couldn't believe that Sig would issue something like that. In fact, I thought the dealer I got it from sold me a fake. I was very disappointed, to say the least. I ordered one from Vedder but I still kept looking up this holster business and came across your video. Then I went through the comments posted and dang! the belt goes over the holster for OWB?! I am pretty new to pistol carry/holsters and such but I have never imagined that for OWB carry the belt goes over the holster. Ah well, you learn something every day.
This is factory finish correct? And that thing is a beauty. Wonder why they made the pitchfork so big. And just didn’t do the whole trident on the gun smaller. Either way it’s beautiful
@@blackswampoutdoors4850 Thanks! But Glock wouldn’t consider this “aftermarket” and make you pay the “$100 bucks ish” for any warranty work I’m guessing? lol
The whistle has to be lipped just right- your top lip must cover part of the big hole - I blew it that way and it was very shrill and loud - it took me a while to figure out
i may work on a future video for that! it definitely helped! simply field strip the handgun and use a dremel tool with a felt tipped polishing cone, apply a bit of compound or flitz and lightly polish the inner guide rails and feed ramp!
@@blackswampoutdoors4850 I was the best of the bunch was it not? I am looking for a magazine and of all the ones you tested I thought it was the best. Any other suggestions?
I receive my today in the mail . I like the bag a lot more than the vertex socp. But I was let down completely because the belt is not that long . Doest not work as a sling bag . Wish belt be longer . Unfortunately can not use it . Wish they could create a solution because really love this bag .
Great video, thanks. Your video was refreshing compared to the "expert" videos, it felt friendly like a talk with my shooting buddy down the street, competent. I think the P22Q would be a good fit for me, size accuracy and controls. I don't need it for protective service although I did have a guy walk up on me unannounced once on property I rented outside city limits when I was plinking. I think I could manage with the P22Q in a pinch because I don't strap on two pistols to go plink.
Strange. I have 4 10 round factory mags and they are all rock solid so far. The only thing the rifle does not like is having a full magazine inserted with the bolt closed. I just load them all to 9 and I've never had enother issue.
I went through Silencer Shop recently. Once my Form 4 was confirmed at my FFL, my Form 4 was approved, and I had my SilencerCo Harvester EVO in my hands in 48 hours! For real! I waited 290 went I got my Rugged Obsidian 9 1/12 years ago. I guess they really like getting all of those $200 TAX STAMPS!
Searching for this vid meant previous problems, and my mag is one. I have to be VERY careful in loading the magazine, if not the top round will stick straight up, like an awkward boner. Sometimes just after putting all 5 round in, the magazine has a happy moment and ejects three rounds out of the mag onto the floor. No input needed. I'd say almost 66% of the time, this mag will have some stupid issue. And after watching this video, I can feel some play, almost a slight click when pressing the sides in. The rifles's 10 years old, maybe 1000 rounds fired through it. It shoots great, but that magazine!
the internet can make a guy dizzy. Other you tube channels have reported excellent results out of this gun and even the Winchester ammo. Then a guy starts reading comments and the water gets even more clouded about function and ammo appetite. I chalk up your experience to needing to be cleaned and just running in parts with much more firing cycles. Walther does have a recommended ammo list for this and the WMP pistol so that could be a dividend to help alleviate cycling problems. Shooters and the conditions in which they use their guns tend to be all over the board, lots and lots of variables. Smart bet is to go slow and observe the basics to excess, a clean weapon and recommended ammo will usually carry the day. Good video, thank you.
Hey man where did you get the Charlie direct mount. I looked on silencer centrals website and all I can find is the bravo direct mount. I also have the omega 36m and I'm wanting to direct thread the silencer
one i purchased from silencerco through the shop that handled my suppressor paperwork. the other i purchased from PSA. appears they are still in stock on PSA
It wouldn't take that much for Savage to design a whole new mag system & they'd have a good little gun but it seems like they never will I've got a 5 round mag that works well but is still sloppy & the 10rd Savage mag I can only put 7rd in it or it will catch the top of the mag and won't feed I've tried bending everything to no avail, probably will never buy another Savage again.
The channel also dictates how many play on their videos... I haven't seen an ad on RU-vid in years but complain to Black Swamp Outdoors if you feel they're excessive.
Turns out im just packin a K configuration. Wish i had the long configuration. Ive been tugging and pulling on the thing for years now. Just dont get no longer.
