I think from what I've seen the new ZR-1 is going to be an exotic killer. I would have loved to have seen them get AWD in that thing though with that kind of power. I realize that would have added another 100k to the price but made it so much better. I realize people who buy these will take exceptional care of them and not drive them to their limit but make one mistake and she'll be a widow maker.
Very nice. I just turned 63. Retired and said. It’s time. Currently being built now, last of 2024. Up at MacMulkin New Hampshire. And your accent sounds like your from up that way The new Z is something to see. But I don’t think I can handle that HP
Bought a couple of Corvettes from MadcMulkin. Family from south of Boston, moved to Cape Cod and spent many years there. But now I can drive my Corvette all year round and no ice or snow!!! Enjoy your new ride. It will be a hoot!!
I wish the Corvette was like my Highlander, you could set it so as soon as you put it in park, it applies the parking brake. you can also shut that feature off but we love our Corvette. We have a 2023 HTC three LT with a bunch of equipment on it. That’s just a ball to drive.
Mine is a 2024, if I turn it off in Sport it starts up in Touring... it will stay in My Mode I'm still trying to find a way to start it without it being so loud
I have a 2007 Callaway. Callaway as a company is the greatest in the car industry. Quality is impeccable, and customer service is so good you need to experience it to know. You’re part of a family when you own a Callaway.
Hey bob I 68 and used post hole diggers yo like deep brother then at top 12 by 12 square around pole and I can fly U.S. flag and P.O.W. togather. Great job bob
Hey Bob. I noticed the OB marker right there next to your new flag pole. When the slicers come over to use their "foot wedge", they can salute the flag!..lol
I'm far enough from the tee that very few can reach the flagpole. Those with a foot wedge are cheaters. I should do a video on that and the people that don't take care of their divots!!!
I put the tube in the hole, covered the top with tape so the cement dust didn't get in the tube, filled the hole with the dry concrete. And watered. And later put the flag pole in the tube. Used it, (it was not extended), to tweak any lean, with the level.
If you get into launch control mode, you can leave the gas pedal to the floor, and it will settle at 3500. If you're a little weak on the brake pedal you will go to redline.
I bet. I have an aftermarket Corvette part I’m working on that would go perfect on that! Always love Callaway’s tasteful approach to their mods. The double d exhaust and rear diffuser so good! Can’t wait to see one in person.
There's a door that has to be pry open you can take it off or I seen a video where this guy drilled a hole in the middle and put the door back on Is yours on or off if off do you get trash in there? thanks Robert
@@robertharding1846 You can leave the door off. I keep the tow hook in my frunk. Then, if I need it, I can use it. I also keep a plastic pry took to open the door easily.
Beautiful Vette! Also love what you’ve done with your driveway. Looks awesome. I should be taking delivery of my 2024 2LT in July. Build date is June 10.
I had around 6K miles, if memory serves me correctly. Traded it on a Tesla Plaid. Missed the C8 so traded in the Tesla for a 2022 3LT Z51 Mag Ride, Front Lift car with 1500 miles. Same Color and interior with the GT2 seats. Crazy times. Now I have over 6k miles on my 2022.
I can't get enough of C8 videos. I wanted a car that can go 300 km/h+. I was saving money to get a used GTR but then the C8 came along. I chose the C8 cuz there's no need to break the bank, plus it has a rear engine. I could not be happier with my 2024 HCT 2LT, at the time of writing i have only 48 km, lol, I'm waiting for the front grill to be installed...
We were in the parking lot of Brownwood Paddock Square. Lot of nice areas in The Villages. But some homes come with a bond. A good realtor will inform you of which homes come with one.
I just bought a 2023 BMW F750 GS in the Light White color scheme. Almost exactly what you tried out 5 years ago on this video. Amazing motorcycle and I agree with all your comments except the wind screen. I replaced mine with a Madstad adjustable windshield and it was a big improvement for me. Thanks for the detailed review. Hope you bought one!
$45 for the base and $40 for the holder? I'll use the cup holders in the center console for that price, ridiculous. Thanks for showing it off though and it looks awesome.
I've got my phone right under my Valentine, and next to the display with WAZE. So my eyes are on the same plane. Works great for me. I would not stick my phone in the cup holder. But that's what's great about having choices. And there is a great FREE pgm for the phone that works great with the V1. The V1 sends data to the phone pgm and is quite good.
Is it any wonder that the Mighty Mac is the number one Corvette videographer on RU-vid? Here's yet more proof that Mr. MacCready is light years ahead of the other RU-vidrs who try to keep up with him but can't possibly come close. His eye in the sky, ground coverage, personal interwiews and entertaining music set him apart from all the rest!! We appreciate the time and effort you put into your videos in order to keep us abreast of the Corvette Community. Thank You Mr. MacCready!! You're still and will remain Number One!! Looking forward to another fantastic show season.
Hi Robert, are you able to use a sun shade for the windshield with the blendmount installed but no radar detector mounted on it? I’m looking at the blendmount, but have a folding sun shade from GM
