This is one of the better France guides I found. I would say if you want to grow fast use the protector conquest more. You do not need to conquer to finish the Algier journal. My biggest problem is the politic in France.
i have 500 hours on victoria 3, but for whatever reason i am just trash at increasing standard of living, when i tried a norway run, my stand of living just shriveled up, unable to increase higher than 9.2, do you have any tips on how to increase it?
If you go for this run again what I did and I suppose recommend is the second I gain independence from Mexico I try for good relations and get into a customs union with the US. I use our mutual interest in the conquest of Mexican territory to sway the US into my diplomatic plays to take important states in Mexico for resources. So far the us sees me as an ally
When replicating what you did (Adapting it to fit my style of gameplay ofcourse) I managed to get the territory that today is the Dominican Republic without blood being spilled.
I appreciate your honesty and openness from your content bro, you're actually not trying to be "know-it-all" player. Victoria 3 are such notorious game for being that something could go wrong any moment. Embrace your mistakes, enjoy the game, and retake control of the mechanics. By the way, maybe you can put some attention to infrastructure, especially railways. Market access are kinda vital thing for your goods, also it's subconsciously attracting your people to migrate from your 'less-industrialized' provinces to 'more-industrialized' provinces as you build more industries, that thing called Urbanization I think. The price impact are also one of the essential thing in the game, as it allows you to distribute goods with almost the same price for each provinces. That leads to 'economy stability' I think? Honestly, I'm just concerned to progressively industrialize any country that I play ahahaha. Keep it going man!
When I did the war with Belgium Britain joined them and Russia joined me, they took my entire country but somehow I took the entirety of Belgium via Luxembourg so I still just about won
The English is a little broken in a lot of areas, but I can understand it for the most part. Pretty good, though, considering English probably isn't your native language and that it's very hard to learn.
