I have been fascinated by recording since I was a kid. My beginnings were cassette and reel-to-reel audio recorders for albums, radio and with microphones. Then came VCR's. My father got a Betamax and then a VHS deck in the mid-1970's. I got my own in Betamax VCR in 1983. After school I traveled for work for 24 years. My decks were recording television and radio all the time. The CLM Music Archive channel shall focus upon those recordings. I also am fixated upon music and have a channel with my concert recordings and interviews called Cleveland Live Music.
that little very young one looks like he is in the first or second grade BUT he is doing his part as if he is much older. actin all serious and professional like the two much older brothers. wonder if he feels more stress to keep up with big brothers
Um....NO, MMMBop was a hit, then Where's the Love, I Will Come to You and I believe Weird was. They have released bunches of albums and EPs, they had a magazine called Moe, greatest hits albums, their own record label....heck, even their own beer!
Their values were more important to them than the music industry fame- sex, drugs and continuous rehab. Many times, making a good living making your music and dictating the terms are way better than swallowing things you detest for money and fame. Good for them.
If you watch their adult performances of this song, they all sing in lower octaves, but he still hits the higher notes. Their harmony is always spot on. It's true talent.
Same! Me and my friends would always have someone’s mom tape and for us while we were in chill and we would RUN off then us to get home and watch it together. LOL Ahhh such great times!
Gene Clark was the original lead singer and songwriter for the Byrds. McGuinn, Crosby & Hillman reunited in 1989 in response to a trademark application of the Byrds name by drummer Michael Clarke, who was touring as the Byrds at that time. Gene Clark was left out of the reunion because he refused to take sides in the lawsuit against Clarke. John York had been a member of the Gene Clark Group, along with Clarence White, in early 1967 before York and White joined Roger McGuinn's Byrds in late 1968. From late 1968 to early 1973, McGuinn recorded five albums, and toured, as the only original member of the Byrds. Bassist Carlos Bernal toured with McGuinn's Byrds. Greg Thomas played drums for McGuinn's Thunderbyrds in the late 70s. Lead guitarist Billy Darnell is the only band member with no Byrds (or McGuinn) connection. Darnell had played with Dewey Martin's Medicine Ball.

They didn't... They stayed in the top 20 for 7 more years. Broke up when Def Jam fukked em around on their 4th album. Now they raise families enjoying rich life.
