Teen sensation HANSON perform the mega-hit "mmmbop" on the May 8th 1997 episode of "Live with Regis + Kathie Lee". WEWS-ABC to cable to SuperBeta2 to Video8 to PC
reminds me of how the young Bee Gee brothers started out BUT these brothers 💕sound even better to me than the younger Bee Gees. I feel like a traitor sayn that cause the Bee Gees are forever in my heart. forgive me Barry💗
Their values were more important to them than the music industry fame- sex, drugs and continuous rehab. Many times, making a good living making your music and dictating the terms are way better than swallowing things you detest for money and fame. Good for them.
They didn't... They stayed in the top 20 for 7 more years. Broke up when Def Jam fukked em around on their 4th album. Now they raise families enjoying rich life.
You have so many relationships in this life Only one or two will last You go through all the pain and strife Then you turn your back and they're gone so fast Oh yeah And they're gone so fast, yeah Oh, so hold on the ones who really care In the end they'll be the only ones there And when you get old and start losing your hair Can you tell me who will still care? Can you tell me who will still care? Oh care Mmmbop, ba duba dop Ba du bop, ba duba dop Ba du bop, ba duba dop Ba du, oh yeah Mmmbop, ba duba dop Ba du bop, ba du dop Ba du bop, ba du dop Ba du, yeah Said oh yeah In an mmmbop they're gone Yeah yeah Yeah yeah Plant a seed, plant a flower, plant a rose You can plant any one of those Keep planting to find out which one grows It's a secret no one knows It's a secret no one knows Oh, no one knows Mmmbop, ba duba dop Ba du bop, ba duba dop Ba du bop, ba duba dop Ba du, oh yeah Mmmbop, ba duba dop Ba du bop, ba du dop Ba du bop, ba du dop Can you tell me? Oh No, you can't 'cause you don't know Can you tell me? You say you can but you don't know Can you tell me? Oh (which flower's going to grow?) No, you can't 'cause you don't know Can you tell me? (If it's going to be a daisy or a rose?) You say you can but you don't know Can you tell me? Oh (which flower's going to grow?) No, you can't 'cause you don't know Can you tell me? You say you can but you don't know Oh oh You say you can but you don't know You don't know, you don't know, oh Mmmbop, ba duba dop Ba du bop, ba duba dop Ba du bop, ba duba dop Oh yeah Mmmbop, ba duba dop Ba du bop, ba du dop Ba du bop, ba du dop Yeah
They sounded pretty good all-in-all considering that was live and they were actually not auto-tuned in all of us when you actually had to play that's at least an 88 out of 100 and that's a compliment
If you watch their adult performances of this song, they all sing in lower octaves, but he still hits the higher notes. Their harmony is always spot on. It's true talent.
that little very young one looks like he is in the first or second grade BUT he is doing his part as if he is much older. actin all serious and professional like the two much older brothers. wonder if he feels more stress to keep up with big brothers
Um....NO, MMMBop was a hit, then Where's the Love, I Will Come to You and I believe Weird was. They have released bunches of albums and EPs, they had a magazine called Moe, greatest hits albums, their own record label....heck, even their own beer!
Even today, you can't understand the words to this song. They sang them too fast, and slurred the words together. I like the song, but parts of it, when I read the lyrics, just don't make sense.
