I have worked in investment banks for 10 years and learnt a lot about finance, business, and careers. 🏦 👨💼
Now, I am trying to build something from nothing online. I want to build the best community on the internet for building wealth, health, and making life better. 💰🏃
I am all about growth. 🌳
I hope you find this content helpful, and my DMs are always open on my social links for any questions, feedback, or just for saying hi and building personal connections. 🤝
Awesome video! I'm interested and already have several topics that I would like to speak about on LinkedIn. Do you have a suggestion on a program (like Asana or Trello) to manage a personal brand content schedule? Thanks & Subscribed.
Thank you and great question - currently I’m just using notes on my phone as there’s not too much to track with one video a week. For LinkedIn, I hear Taplio is fantastic as you can schedule posts in advance, but it is a paid for subscription. Let me know how you get on!
This is a fantastic video - I am an Ex-EY that just moved aboard (Aus) to start a new life - and having spent last few months to settled down and adjust to a new country - I was looking for information on exit opps for Big4s Grad and this video was the most informative and helpful - to have a base point as to what is actually available for a big4 grad. Thank you for putting together such an informative video.
@@CalumLondon Np - I look forward to your channel growing! I also want to be a content creator but goota slog the corporate life for another couple of years (so i can get a new citizenship) before i jump on that bandwagon. You are defo an inspiration!! Good Luck and I will keep a close eye on your channel :)
@Novometix it should just be one, the same partner wouldn’t interview the same person twice. And you should only ever have 1 partner interview unless they have changed the process which I’m not aware of
Insightful talk 🔷️ Bro what do you believe are some top books to read and ur wisdom to make big success in career as engineer after a career gap without being stuck at mediocrity.. how to build momentum and master self belief..
Thank you. I’ll do some videos on my favourite books over the next few weeks. It’s all about being clear on where you want to go, doing things right day in day out, and working smart so that you are always getting closer to where you want to get to man. Best of luck 👊
Thanks for your response. I have discussed internally but they denied. Therefore I was keen to apply externally. How to get job there. I shall be obliged if you could assit.
I recommend reaching out to recruiters who specialise in moving from your country to your desired destination and explaining the move you’d like to make - you can find these online with google. Best of luck!
Hey Calum. Do you have any tips specifically for going through with the aptitude and case study round for the role of analyst at L.E.K consulting? Should I be focused on healthcare case studies or not?
Hi, thanks for this, great question. Is the role you are applying for specific to healthcare? If so then yes you can focus on that industry, but if the role covers multiple industries I would prepare for broader case study questions so that you are not caught off guard. As for aptitude tests there are a number of practice websites you can find if you have a google - there are also other RU-vid videos on these - sadly I don’t have one but will add this to my list. Hope this helps let me know if you need anything else and good luck.
I've watched A LOT of videos about interview tips to get into the Big 4, and I would have to say that yours is the most differentiated of them all. I learned new things from you that I will never forget. Hoping that you could share more about your journey with the Big 4 (e.g., how did your resume and cover letter look like)! Thank you so much, Calum.
