Hello again! I just finished my binge of your Ghost videos! Just wanted to quickly revisit this one to share some thoughts! My favorites are definitely Jesus He Knows Me and Phantom of the Opera. And literally just like you, I got soooo damn excited when I saw “Phantom” on the tracklist but only to find out it wasn’t Andrew Lloyd Webber’s 🤣 oh well, still love it tho! And I had a blast watching your Ghost journey!
I’m happy you’re also as obsessed with Mary On A Cross as I am. Similarly to you, I discovered it on a TikTok but during November of 2022, and I enjoyed the melody so I researched it and it introduced me to Ghost. And to this day, I cannot stop listening to it so much that my gf has become sick of it 🤣 The “beauty” line is also my favorite and has stuck with me ever since I first heard it. Something about it is so sweet and reassuring, like you see beauty in someone’s flaws or “imperfections”. That’s just me tho. Alright, I paused the video after your Seven Inches reaction, time to continue! 🤣

Hey ive been watching your reactions to ghost albums and there great. But did you know that wasnt Tobias Forges first band? Its called Subvision and i recomend listening to the "So Far So Noir" album. I feel like your going to like it

I agree that this album feels very grown up. It's one of the things I looked so forward to about it. It's a tour de force. I haven't allowed myself to listen to it any way but in order so far (except for these reactions), because I want the whole production to be a cohesive piece of art in my mind. Like the great albums of my youth. To this day, whenever I hear a song from one of those, I always know which song plays next (if you were listening to the album). I want the same thing for this album (I just hope this old memory of mine can still manage that!). Great reaction. Funny too. Thank you.
Yes i am a total freak when it comes to Reaction videos and especially when it`s in AURORA landscape. With this album i think we get some very many overthinking results but you have so much crazy and very emotional and jet intelligent thoughts and i love it. I am a sucker for melancholy soft songs so my favourits is invisible wounds pågrund av her voice, emotions and lyric....and work. second is dreams. and echo of my shadow, when the dark dresses...Earthly delights....and i am sorry dear AURORA but the only downfall is Do you feel ? The lyrics and her voice is A ok but i can´t stand disco.. For me is the album in the middle but they are all above 8,5

For me "My body is not mine" is about being possessed with rage. LIke when anger take control of you and your body and you feel that you loose touch with reality. And at song outro i think she sing "She fights them all" like Aurora is trying to regain control of her body thats is controled by demon/anger. Btw its my fav. song on album

When I heard the dark dresses lightly I was in bed, it was late, my wife sleeping. When I heard the song, I could not believe it, I just started laughing, and woke up my wife 😂

@@hedvigkhaugen thanks? I think tomorrow I gonna post the mother of All albums battle best albums all time top 5, and all are from Aurora , 5 because i separated infections and a different kind. If I see this as one album as it should be then is number 5 Melodrama from Lorde. the difference between numbers 1 and 5 is less than 4% with two albums having a 100% and the second 98.82. it's that close together. some songs deserve more than a 100/100 and I'll mention those too. And yes, that includes your favorite song from this album☺

Great reaction! She said the first and last songs are very personal to her, and were written on the same day. The last song required several takes because her emotions kept getting in the way, and the version they ended up using was the best she could do, even though her voice was cracking even on that version. The live versions I've seen are the same way. She has called "The Dark Dresses Lightly" her favorite song and "Starvation" the most important song. My personal favorites are "The Conflict of the Mind," "Starvation" and "The Essence."
You should react to Haunted by Poe. It is her second album, her first being Hello, but I think Haunted is better. The album is based on her brothers book House Of Leaves, which a very strange horror? novel

I think you’re right. It’s about celebrating life despite the inevitably of death and the concept that things always change. That in life, we are in death.
Why not react to Tobias’ former band SubVision? They released one album called ”So far So noir” which just stinks of Ghost influence (or the reverse I guess). Tobias also have a unreleased song called ”House of Affection” up on RU-vid worth checking out.
