I'm Your man was the song that I had on my mind since I sat through the album, for me the first line is the description of the two persons in the relationship, Him being the nicer person, the angel, the pure, the saint. And she's the dog, an animalistic description, she takes away from her humanity to take the aspect of a animal, of an earthly thing. And the second line is the actual dynamic of the relationship, since she's the one on control, and her partner is dependant of her as a dog is on his owner. Idk this was the first thought i had over that line, and the song overall i feel like is a good representation of the toxic aspects an evasive attachment person in a relationship. I had the same exact reaction as you listing to this album 😭. Complimenting her voice and the instruments every second, saying I love mitski 100 times, crying and having an overall breakdown. Also the reason heaven sounded like a Disney song was because mitski actully said that she got a bunch of the people who played songs from the Disney movies help make and play it.

My interpretation of I am your man is that Mitski destroys us, for us she is our mother, our goddess and she destroys us as if she were, that's why she says that when we leave her she should die because he deserves it.Clearly she deserves everything good, we love her, but I guess that's how she sees us.

So the encounter between a Fox and a Bird will push them to find a solution to make the clouds rain again. I stop here for no spoils but this album touched me a lot. - Silver Lake By Esa Holopainen Musical genre : Progressive Rock / Metal So Esa Holopainen is the main guitarist of a famous Metal band, Amorphis. In 2021, he decided to create is own album, Silver Lake, that is a incredible mix of melodic riffs and epic chorus. I love this album because he is using a lot of differents singers (7 differents vocalists on the 9 songs of the album) that they have their own styles.
