The hourly rate is $31.00 hourly pay and that is 5 Monday through Friday ten (10)hours days and a (8) Hour day on every single Saturday plus the $140.00 Daily Per Diem you add it up and you are paying $3K weekly and they earn plenty of money and YOU DO TOO !!!! I have been listening to owners and lease guys for years complaining. They bash company drivers... but i have no worries and a ton of freedom. Trucking has changed in my 9 years and so has prime. But i still make more in a week than what you claim to be making in a month. I'm not stuck with a truck that is breaking down or won't sell due to no demand. I'm not going to lose money if i turn in a truck. If you are going to move around that much, make smart moves. I love you, rich. But get real info from drivers before you jump
I agree that many things need to change but I wonder why you upset at them when they told you up front in a contract you agreed to about what you would be paid. And the price you quoted is different (more) than what they pay those who sign on now. If you want everything your way, it's time to get your own authority and then you are completely in charge.
