I normally take the whole lemon not pealed, grind ginger and garlin, boil for some time, let it cool a bit, take a glass and add 1 table spoon of honey and take it morning begore breakfast and night ......woow. woooow
@@SlavkoStorm Thanks. You fermented the entire cabbage whole. That's interesting. I like that idea. This way the whole-cabbage sauerkraut is a starting ingredient that can become whatever you want. Good idea!
@@peternyc Yes, it's very easy. Take a fresh cabbage, remove damaged leaves if any, hollow out the center and pour salt into it. Put the cabbage prepared in this way in a deep container the size of that cabbage to rest for a day. After a day, pour it with cold water and some salt, cover it, keep cabbage under water with some weight, put it in a cold place and wait a month for it to ferment.
