Seems sports psychologists are all the rage these days. My humble opinion, sports “nutritionists” would be far more valuable ;-) a car can be driven by a twelve year old, but that car ain’t goin’ nowhere without the right fuel
We love watching you play the game. The golf community has your back. Enjoy playing at a high level and everything will work itself out. Follow your passion without expectation and the path will open up.
Bro go live your dream man, youre in Europe experiencing the best times of your life. Respect for eliminating the outside noise and focusing on living in the moment. Only up from here!
Good choice. You should unapologetically immerse yourself in the skill set you've developed and continue to develop. Social media is a major hinderance that fosters an unhealthy mind. Stay in the moment without feeling a need to capture it.
Damn, Eagle. You're a young guy and wise beyond your years. The self-realization and clarity you've been gaining are things that sometimes people never achieve. Good on you for removing any kind of pressure on yourself, being honest with yourself, and listening to your emotions. As far as the comments and negativity you mentioned, just remember your skill and how you got to where you are and know that a lot of these negative comments come from armchair professionals that struggle to even perform at their local mini. You got this, dude!
Good practice, positive mental attitude is what it’s all about! When you have a foot in the future, and a foot in the past, your peeing on today! Stay present stay in the now. Love you man,all the best.
I think Scott Stokely has the right mindset. He cites the studies that more or less show there is no such thing as clutch, it's just a numbers game. The one thing you do when you constantly fret over being in the right mind space is potentially set yourself up for psyching yourself out. Just play the game you love with the attitude that you'll hit your numbers if you just play relaxed and loose, and know that you're gonna miss some but that's OK
These are unnecessary. Just like instagram recaps of tournaments where pros post 5 paragraphs of everything. No one really cares, we just appreciate you playing and doing well. Let the game speak for iteself.
In case you do read some comments. Here's a nice one. Do whatever you need and want, for your best! You looked really strong and confident in Norway. Was glad to see that. Go get it! 🔥🙌
Quit doing the videos brother just focus on your health and future events! One of my favorite players to watch! Your style and game is what makes you relevent. Videos not needed. Not saying I don’t enjoy them tho lol.
Repsect. No pressure. Live ur life, enjoy it, you have no obligation to anyone. Sorry u want ever read this b/c of negative people. Do u bud. Turn it all off if you need, anyone that tells you otherwise, are not worth ur time. Thanks for the effort and glimpses into u
We as your fans know you appreciate us because you show us. Disc golf may be your "job" but it is also still a game that brings you joy. Find as many ways as you can to harness that and take away some things that may add to the..."forced nature" of your already busy day to day. We as your fans love you that's not changing, by all means find ways to harness the fun and little crooked backwards hat 360 degree throwing Eagle haha. Always appreciate you and I'll be at GMC I'll see and hope to catch up with you there! Keep on dreamin!
I think it's smart to not put yourself out there too much. You don't need to explain anything, just do the best you can and that's good enough. Make videos that you want to make and only when you want to make them. Good luck at the Open. Kick some ass!
When I saw the title of this video I genuinely almost cried and thought he was done with disc golf as a whole but now that I have watched it I'm relieved. I look up to this guy as fellow disc golf person myself😁
We don’t need these things bud. We want you to be in a positive position and focus on winning. Eagle, you’re funny, personable and professional. When you have time; Make us more side content if anything. Hangouts and trip content. You’ll get back on the podium soon enough. Good luck with the rest of your euro journey
Honestly who cares about peoples oppinions, you are one of the goats and most exciting players to watch on tour period there are about 5 players i look for in every tournament to see how there doing in hopes i see them on coverage and you are one of them.
