Will Self is fantastic. I'm sure he's a nightmare to live with, but he's bloody entertaining and funny. I love anyone who is so unapologetically smug and bright at the same time (meriting their smugness). The debate where he decimates that much less intelligent twat Niall Ferguson is a joy to watch (even if all the Niall fanboys in the comments are keen to suck his balls)
It turns out Will Self was pretty much spot on looking back..... I lived near the olympic site, I saw the reality of it. The Olympics itself was fun, sure. But the scandals that went on with all the land and properties afterwards. Shocking. Nothing but a big money scam.
