Your interface is clipping like hell. But then again it's likely not your fault since it's a focusrite scarlett and they're complete trash. Thanks for the effort in demoing this pedal anyway, the thought still counts

No offense intended, but doing reviews when your playing is pretty abysmal is pointless. We don't get a proper review of the item, which is what we're here for.
I understand your comment, I'm not offended: obviously you can find better content on more professional channels. I just want to clarify as written in the channel description I am not doing any product placement. I'm just sharing my personal tests/experiments (which I do only for my historical memory) on equipment that I have, that I'm about to sell, or that is lent to me by friends. This is the goal of my channel. If anyone else finds some usefulness in it, that's welcome, otherwise, never mind, it's just more rubbish on YT. From the name of the channel it is clear that I am not a guitarist at all and I am absolutly not ashamed of not knowing how to play guitar since it is evident, specifically in this video I was interested in understanding the guitar basic sound for which the pedal was designed and then compare it with that of the bass in the other video to understand if it can also be a good product for bass (where I'm most interested) or not. That's all.
@@chrissmith2374 scope of the video is to catch the noise before and after. To ear the noise before on yt is probably required to reproduce the video with a loud volume then normal

I don't own a 5 string bass. Anyway, this is a chromatic tuner as you can see and with the other strings works fine.. so it hard to think it works bad with it
Thank you for this video 👍 Seems like a great affordable tuner. Does it have auto power off? If I forget to shut it down after tuning so that the AAA batteries not will be drained over night.
Shame their QC is terrible...ordered 2 x 500w & 1x 200w versions of this amp...i really wanted it bad but i got 3 unplayable amps all with terrible microphony, bad channel levels ,different on all amps....bet you Nathen East's was'nt a mess...23 bass's, 9 new cables....28 amps & they all worked perfect apart from the Digbeths who after 23 bass's & 28 other amps Laney claimed it was my fault...?!?!?!....i did'nt built 3 second rate microphonic amp's Laney did....as usual were just cash cow's ,only the famous & RU-vidrs get working bass gear...we get rubbish , just like Harley Benton, a disgraceful company of crazy people who build beautiful bass's but could not wire a plug.....90% of their bass's are unplayable & as usual only guitarists get set up guitars, us bassists have to buy, finish & fix our Fender bass's.... strangely the Digbeth pedal version works excellent, no noise even after it went flying across the room after trying to get the velcro backed pedal of my pedalboard....weird....i know many ,many of these amps were returned as the whole batch,mine included, were faulty....being lied to by Laney did not help or their promise of something for my disapointed son after receiving 3 microponic Digbeth amps...thanks for nothing Laney....never buy Laney...their owner was a bass player as well...i wish i could be Nathan East for a day & bag a hand built version....his does not have microphony...i bet it was hand built by Laney but were just cash idiots...never will i buy Laney again ,or the 28 people who tested my 3 Digbeth amps...the worst built amp ever...yet my fault..only been doing this for 50+ yrs, what would i know after a lifetime of fixing Fender bass's as their QC is non existent unless you pay over £2000 min now, thank god i got my Fender bass's yrs ago,even if i did have to rewire, sheild & fix every (many) problems first...high frets etc,usually just not compressed onto fretboard properly, & now almost no frets at all, crazy 1.38mm height frets is not my idea of thin & tall according to Fender...what the hell Fender,i want my 'real' jumbo frets back not thin wire...now so much harder to play...?!?!?!...do they ever listen to anyone, NO never.....enjoy your working one bud...i could'nt buy 1 decent one out of 3...
The first part of the video is with the Laney R115 cab (it's the recommended cabinet for this amplifier by the producer). The second part is with the Barefaced One 10 cab. You can find specific videos, about these two cabs, on my channel or check the Laney and Barefaced website for any sort additional details ;-)
It's up to you, if you learn the song any amp will do it. Obviously, don't expect professional results from a budget amp and don't expect exactly the same sound as the record without some effects.

hey kinda late, but the beeping is probably because of lack of current. I had the same issue with mine and fixed it by upgrading my power supply. You can test it by powering with the usb-c input or with an isolated power supply.
Ok, we're talking about a cheap pedal, but beeing the original Klon yellow without a voice switch, people tend to want to buy something as similar as possible. Trying it, even with the guitar, I honestly didn't feel the need for a voice change but it's a matter of taste.
They are actually isolated with Caline. An actual engineer who knows what he’s talking about reviewed them. The big companies just want to sell their over priced units. Power supply technology like this has been around for fifty years. It’s cheap. $200 for a guitar pedal power supply is a grift.
There are two types of isolation: galvanic (which is the best) and non-galvanic. Surely, this is not the galvanic but good to know that it is still isolated (and in effect it's really silent) considering there are not full specs available.
Ordered one of these on a lark while processing my holiday returns to the Bezos Empire. It's cool it has one, but yea... I prefer my chromie pedal or my desktop tuber/Db display.
I'm a fan of 4 string basses. I don't use and I don't own any 5 string basses. Maximum respect for those who play the 5 strings but, for the music I like, having the B string is useless and just annoying.
