I actually stopped selling candles this year because they moved so slowly, if at all. I'm about to start them up again. I hope the 24-25 season is better.
Thank you for always delivering a great content. Question, you mentioned you started taking salary the past 2 years in 6 years in business. Since both of you going all in full time in the business, how did you pay for your personal expenses (e.g. mortgage, food, health insurance, etc)? Please keep doing what you're doing, I really love watching your content.
Congratulation on your new machine !! I could have saved you over 10k. I have NEVER used, 6 head computer automated , variable filling machine with a conveyor belt for sale. Can be used for any liquids hot or otherwise. Good Luck !
Hi there! You can control the temperature that the Coogar pours at, and we have had no issues with our beeswax! The temperature is so much more consistent then when we were hand pouring from pitcher pots and pancake batter dispensers.

Hi there! We have discussed this in several of our videos. We had a horrible experience at a local 3PL and as a result now do all shipping in house. We have two full-time shippers and love the control of having the fulfillment in our building with our own wonderful employees.
What a great video! We're a sleep store with candles in a boutique we started two years ago. This year the candle's did well till last month. Its like someone hit the brakes hard on those sales. Business is so hard right now. Our Q2 started strong but im not expecting any stability in those sales. It was just nice to have a month the gave me a breather.

Yes, as they sell out, we will not be restocking them. They both come in expensive custom packaging that we need to order in large quantities, so it is not worth tying our cash up in this packaging.
Yes, we do mention it in the product description! We also offer complete ingredient transparency on all of our scents, so our regular customers know to check the ingredient lists to see if the scents are the same.

Have you paid attention to the economy?? Biden and the democrats have destroyed this country with their massive inflation. People can barely afford food and gas. Many people are cutting back on extras like candles. No one needs a candle to live.

It has been pretty hard, I have paused my Shopify, and my wholesalers boutiques are not moving any candles, mine nor other brands. We will see, good luck guys, you are fantastic, hard times make stronger people, or so the saying goes 😁
