I wish I saw this video back in February when I renewed my apartment lease 😢. My rent for 1bed/1bath went from $1,847 to $1,939 for a 15 month lease ($92 more). I love my place and after one year of living here, I was not ready to move or had any desire to do so any time soon, so I just signed without negotiations 😣But I will need you to do a video of how to negotiate a higher pay for a job so when my one year anniversary comes up at my new job (been there 2 months now), I’d know how to go about it😆🫶🏽
Hey negeen yes you should make more living alone videos. Because I'm willing to live alone in my own first apartment away from my parents, as soon as I get a new job that pays well like $18, $19, or $20 hourly in seasonal part time.

Hi Negeen! I'm quite late to your video, but I can relate with you! I just turned 30 this May 2024, and have recently started my celibacy journey (for mental health reasons); and sometimes, the loneliness gets intense. But I genuinely love my own space and company, and I don't plan on changing my childfree and pet-free status. It's the simple things that make me happy: drinking coffee while binge-watching crime documentaries, reading, journaling, going out alone, painting, and UNINTERRUPTED SLEEP. 🤣 In all honesty, meeting friends and partying for at least once a week depletes my energy. Whenever I feel alone, I'll come back to this video to revive the joy I feel in my solutide. 🤎🤎🤎
If you don't have time for the eggs, just eat them raw. Yeah I was wondering if tomorrow I would set the slaveclock to 6am or just sleep out. Waking up early has it pros, but if one works for himself, what does it matter how late one stands up...unless one has cows to milk of course ;)
