I've been waking up at 6am since I was in secondary school and though it's almost 20 years later I still do it. I don't even need an alarm clock. On weekends I just go back to sleep and wake up later

I used to wake up like 9:30 -10 am. I started to wake up at 9 then 8:30 then 8 and now 7:30, it took me almost a year to set my biological clock naturally.. and still this year it will be on my list to make it 6. But yeah.. I can say that, this is not an immediate thing. We have to be patient with ourselves. And literally there is no hurry... 💁. Love this video. Happy New year love ❤️

Proud of you for taking on this challenge! I wake up that early cause I work at 8 and have to leave by 7 to make it there on time. I’m such a morning person and just have gotten use to it!

Hi Negeen, Happy New Year! I woke up at 1am, 2am, sometimes 3am, 4am, and even 5am. But I enjoyed waking up at 6am, 7am, and 8am. 6am is a excellent morning routine because for me I woke up around 7am, took my shower, had my breakfast, and left the house at 9pm when my caseworker came to pick me up in the morning to go hiking at the park and had lunch together with her clients. Same with walking in the mall to have lunch and going to the movie theater while having to go breakfast from Dunkin Donuts with a lady caseworker. It seems like that I'm on a practice date with my lady caseworker as always before.

Happy new year Princess Negheen! 😍 That's a good experiment! I think I will try getting up at least an hour earlier myself. I read a self help article about sleep, and it suggested that if you have trouble getting up earlier then try getting up just an hour earlier each day, or something like that. You seem to be even better looking girl! 😍 No joke! Thanks for sharing with us! ❤

If you don't have time for the eggs, just eat them raw. Yeah I was wondering if tomorrow I would set the slaveclock to 6am or just sleep out. Waking up early has it pros, but if one works for himself, what does it matter how late one stands up...unless one has cows to milk of course ;)

Damn. I been waking up at 5:50am for 10yrs now. If it wasnt cause of work i would never wake up that early, no need to unless you have work or an early appointment

I am a night person through and through, I work a normal 8:15-5 shift now but I previously had a 12:00pm-10 shift 4 days a week and it was PERFECT. Now I get up at 7 and I'm debating moving it to 6 but ugh. *Mornings*.

I work nights. What would be the point waking up at 6am?! 🤷🏽‍♀️ I would wake up and have nothing to do.. work out ewww! Breakfast… hard pass, not even hungry so in cardi bs voice WHAT IS THE REASON 😂😂😂 I’m over trying to be the “it” girl. I’m just gonna be me ❤ 💅🏽 love your videos 🤗

I wake up at 5:20 am every day I have to work. I started it when my supervisor told me that I was late for work to often. It was only half an hour earlier but it worked. So waking up earlier can really make a big difference. Sometimes. ;P No it really can I'm serious:)

I stay up until 2am, 3am in the morning because I also work from home so that's why my routine is pretty terrible and making me sick actually. Anyways, you mentioned that you stay up late how about a video on your late night routine? 🌙🌃🌠

I am sure that have worked for you. But in your life you keep yourself so busy, that routine will automatically set. And changing it is not easy at all. But you know if you want something to make it a habit, you need to keep practicing it for 21 days continuously, then automatically your body and mind will adapt to it.

I cannot wake up early. I tried it and it doesn't work for me. I say 8:00am or 9:00am is the earliest I can wake up. I can't do any earlier. I've tried it and it doesn't work. I am tired and fatigued when I do.

😂It’s the coyote journey for me. As someone who has to either wake up at 5am or 6am for work, nah-no, not for meh. If I had my choice I think I could fall in love with like 8:30…
